+ -1 moreDoug spent extra time searching for an obsolete part, even contacting the original door company. He stayed in touch, was prompt and professional. He repaired the doors and also fixed a lock the original installers left uncompleted. Great guy
Description of Work: Repaired the double entry door. The locking mechanism was broken and Doug had to search to find a replacement part. He went above and beyond to find the parts and repair the doors.

Description of Work: Replaced all interior doors with solid core doors. Excellent job. Easy to work with, communicate with, & on time if not early. We will have a future project in the next year or two to replace exterior French Doors & plan to use Doug. Extremely user friendly!!!

+ -1 moreFrom the initial e-mail contact, Doug was a real pleasure to work with. He asked very detailed questions and even referred us to a lumber company who could build us a customized door if we chose to go that route. Fortunately we were able to purchase a stock door from a local vendor. We then had Doug install the door which he did expertly and quickly. He even went beyond the call of duty and replaced some rotted wood on the door frame. We are extremely pleased with our experience with Doug. We definitely got our money's worth and would highly recommend him to anyone in need of his services.
Description of Work: Installed a new kitchen back door. Replaced rotted wood from door frame with stable block of wood at no extra charge.
