Project manager Louis came out and measured the rooms, confirmed our choice of material and quality, and scheduled installation. Installers came as scheduled, performed nice installation in about 7 hours. Very neat and clean installation, looked exactly like what we wanted.

The purchase process was reasonable and worked well overall. We initially visited the show room in Los Alamitos to look at different types of flooring (wood, laminate, carpet) and discussed the pros and cons of each. Russ, the manager of the store, came out to the house and measured. A few days later, we went back to the store to select some different options and get pricing information. The actual process of getting pricing could be improved. We weren't quite sure how he was putting together quotes and some of the numbers seemed a little off. However, we shopped the price of the material we finally selected and found it was a good price. The installation had a few challenges. We were putting the flooring in before we moved in to the house, so we were on a strict timeline. We were assured it would take no more than two days and even called to confirm that this would provide enough time for leveling of the slab before the floor was installed. However, on the first day, we were told they would need more time because there was more leveling required than they thought. Also, one area that we had asked them to include in the quote had not been documented and the installers did not know that was a requirement. Ultimately, they did cover the extra area at no extra charge and worked on July 4 to have the work completed before we moved in. All of this was done without additional charges to us. Ultimately, we are very happy with the flooring. It is a good product that looks great, and the install work is well done. We would use them again, but we would make sure to get clarification on everything (i.e. a drawing of the area to be completed).

All Excellent! Negotiated details easily and fairly quickly with Louie, including details of carpeting, linoleum, and small amount of man-made tile. We had prepared prior to work start by removing all breakables and dresser drawers. Installation was scheduled at our convenience within a couple of days, and the crew arrived as scheduled and on time. There were no changes requested from the original estimate, and they moved the major pieces of furniture. Vinyl linoleum in two bathrooms and kitchen and the tile (only 5 square feet in front of fireplace) went in first day. Carpeting went in second day with no problems. All work completed as planned and scheduled.
