ALL STAR CLEANING

Can't say anything more.

Unlike other reports, the cleaning people were actually early. But also unlike other reports, I was less than satisfied with my service. I was disappointed with the amount of equipment they team showed up with. They didn't have their own broom, and their vacuum cleaner looked like it wasn't going to have enough strength to handle the job. They didn't have a step ladder either, which they were going to need if they were really going to wipe down high shelves and cabinets (which they didn't do). When I stopped to ask them if they could reach the high shelves, there was a communication barrier. When I went back through the residence after they were done, I was disappointed that a lot of surfaces weren't as clean as they could be. There were still cobwebs and thick dust in some areas. The inside of the windows weren't cleaned well. They left some of the blinds mangled. There are still some dead bugs in the window sills. Carpet cleaning seemed OK, though.

On the morning the cleaning was to happen I left a voicemail to cancel (sick kids) and requested a call back to reschedule. 3 days went by and no call so I did. We set it up for several days later at 1:00. On the day by the time 2:15 rolled around and they weren't there I called and left a message requesting a call back by 3:00. At 4:30 the crew showed up and I had to turn them away. There was no way they'd be finished by the time the kids came home and I could make dinner for my family. That was 3 days ago and I haven't received an apology or call for rescheduling. I won't be giving them a 3rd shot.

I spoke to Marlin, the week before Thanksgiving, hoping we might be able to squeeze our first appointment, in before the holiday. Before I knew it, we were scheduled for 2 days before. Perfect! Just as promised, the crew was done before I returned from work. My house looked great. I will be calling to arrange regular appointments.

Kitchen, bonus room, living room, baths, all left sparkling clean. Have seen them on their hands and knees doing the floor. Only problem was showing up a bit late, half an hour the first time (they were lost) and 15 min the next. Otherwise they have been great and the price is wonderful!

She was really nice and did a really terrific. I am so glad I called.

I called Allstar and spoke with Marlin. An appointment was setup for two days hence. They arrived on time and cleaned their hearts out. They do a great job for us and I would be pleased to recommend them.

This company did a great job including 6 mirrored walls & several windows inside & out. They cleaned every surface in my condo & everything literally sparkled when they left- in only 2 hours! I would definitely use them again.

Great. My call was returned promptly and an appointment time arranged. The company sent a husband and wife team and they arrived on time. The company even called me back to find out how things went.

Team was very nice, but 2 hours late.

The price is reasonable for the amount of work done, especially the one time cleaning. They did not come when they said initially, which was somewhat inconvenient, but they did such a good job I didn't care.

I HAVE BEEN USING ALL STAR FOR TEN YEARS AND HAVE NEVER HAD A PROBLEM. THEY ALWAYS COME AND ALWAYS DO A GREAT JOB. THE TEAMS DO CHANGE FROM TIME TO TIME, AND IF THERE'S SOMETHING EXTRA YOU NEED DONE, ONE CALL TO THE OWNER GETS IT DONE QUICKLY.

THEY SHOW UP ON TIME. THEY DO THE WORK AND WORK QUICKLY. THEY CLEAN THE WINDOWS. THEY CLEAN THE BATHROOMS. YOU PICK IT, AND THEY DO IT WHATEVER GOES INTO HOUSECLEANING. THEY DO GOOD WORK, AND THEY DO GOOD CLEANING.

THE CLEANING SERVICE WAS RECOMMENDED BY A NEIGHBOR. THERE WERE THREE (3) PEOPLE WORKING AND DID AN EXCELLENT JOB.
