I left California a few years ago but haven't found anyone in the computer support arena with as much savvy and can-do attitude as Jesse. Once again, he literally "Saved my bacon" by restoring Quicken data that I feared was "lost." Jesse is patient, listens well then goes to work to make things "Right." His rates are reasonable, his advice grounded, and his attitude the best. A pro whose patience with non-techies is a much-appreciated bonus. Definitely recommend him for friendly, reliable service!

Mr. Wilkins came to my home and worked on the computer in situ. He was efficient and only took an hour. He answered a lot of my questions, explained how I could cope with these problems in the future and gave me information on websites for getting coupons without inviting in unwanted websites or viruses. I had taken my computer twice to another outfit in the area and they weren't able to help at all, even though I paid the same price and had to haul the computer into the store twice, which meant I didn't have access to it for several days, each time. I may not remember all the advice he gave me for avoiding these problems (I'm a bit on the senior side), but at the price and the convenience, I'll just call him back and have him come again!

They're great. I like those guys. They take care of business. They answer my questions. If you've got a question, you can call them up and they'll answer it. They're dependable. I've never had a problem with their pricing, billing, etc. I think they're fair on pricing. They're not cheap but they're fair and not overpriced. When I have a problem, that's who I call.

This was not an easy project and Jesse and his partner were able to restore my files and re-install my applications. They were wonderful to deal with and lifted my stress at a time I was in a panic.

He is phenomenal and incredible. He is very thorough and hard working. He is completely reliable. I have been very happy with his service.

We are still dealing with them. Our computer system was installed by another company so the guy needs to figure things out. I think, basically, he is okay. If there are kind of problems that come up, they seem to get resolved. His service price is reasonable.

We have called him anytime we have a power outage or computer issue. He is very good and we are very pleased with the service he provides. He is very reasonably priced. He will come to our home for services.
