 + -1 moreHe is not licensed. The price was fair. He knows what he is doing. When the toilet didn't fit quite right he came up with a solution.

water heater repair
 + -1 moreI am a realtor and use him in all off the houses I sell. He came one day and got the model number and ordered the heater. When the heater came in he was there the same day to install.
Description of Work: He came out and removed the old hot water heater and replaced it with a new one. He also put a drip pan under the heater.
