I so appreciated the options provided to me after the diagnosis of what was wrong with my being able to charge my computer. Jesse was awesome, took him less than a day to diagnose and offer solutions. I highly recommend Jesse and will definitely use him in the future.

My son the computer nerd no longer lives near me and a big fear was what would I do if something went wrong with my computer! I would have no idea who to call. Well, now I do!! Jesse was knowledgable and patient as he walked me through the steps in a phone consult and got my desktop up and running again!! I'm keeping his number!!
