Repair man showed up a day early without advance notice and I was unable to give them access at the time. They were then unable to come at the original time (the next morning), but did manage to come that afternoon. The job was completed professionally and quickly aside from the scheduling changes. They were able to replace the failed capacitor and get the unit back online.

I will be eternally grateful to Joseph and Bogners for their swift reply, quick and safe assessment and ultimately repairing our AC. My eldery parents with heart conditions were suffering after our AC broke 4 days ago and when the fires started there was no option to leave the windows open and fans on. Within a minute of posting on Angie's List, Joseph called me right away and said " I am on my way over" Within 20 minutes he arrived at scene, and fixed this problem all at a distance and in the safest possible way. He is an angel and if you are reading this and considering someone else to do work for you stop considering them and call Bogners. Joseph is the very best!

It went great. We have a complicated setup with multiple sub floors in an old mountain home. Joseph and his crew made a thorough and affordable bid and took care of everything exactly as they said they would. Lines of communication were always open.

We had to call them multiple times to come out. They did an okay job eventually, but it was a hassle to worm with them. I may or may not call them a fain.
