First, Mr. Kinser listened to what we wanted to accomplish within our time schedule and budget. We felt he heard what we wanted and then framed his solutions to our construction needs within those parameters. His many years of experience were evident when he put those solutions into play. Once he had the green light to begin work, he hit the ground running. His work van and trailer were neat and in good repair. The van is a virtual shop on wheels outfitted with all the latest in tools and hardware. Within two days, all the rotten rafters had been replaced and new sheeting installed. The amount of work he and his crew accomplished was nothing short of miraculous and allowed us to get the roof covered back up within our time schedule and budget. We could not have done it without Mr. Kinser's hard work, integrity, and positive attitude. Although I had used Mr. Kinser for small remodel projects in the past, I now feel that no job is too big for him to accomplish with efficiency, professionalism and skill. I would use him for all of my construction needs in the future.
