+ -1 moreWe have been with them for over 4 years now, and have been very pleased with their service. They are prompt to respond to calls and are proficient at their jobs. Toner is delivered on a regular schedule, or when we call and request it. If anything goes wrong, we call them up, they come and they fix it. It is very comforting not to have to worry about the printers. They also perform preventative maintenance and cleaning.
Description of Work: I can't actually disclose the terms of our contract, but the rates were very good to cover all the HP printers in our office (we have 7). They charge us on a per page printing basis, and they supply all toner, drums and service with the fee.
