Extremely well. Adrian and his team performed well above and beyond expectations. So much so that I have hired him for another two jobs!

My wife owns a rental property in Mill Valley and we live in LA. We had a roof leak that caused mold damage in a ceiling and side wall in the garage. Our tenants were pretty spooked and expressed concern the whole house might have mold. The situation seemed serious enough that we decided to drive up to Mill Valley from Los Angeles and find a contractor. We found Ceres Construction on a Saturday morning via Angi's list and talked to company owner Adrian Kovaci maybe 10 minutes after posting our request, by phone. We jumped in the car and headed north. Adrian met with us that very afternoon, maybe 6 hours later, at the Mill Valley house. He ran tests throughout the house for mold and gave us his assessment of the situation. We were very impressed with his professionalism and responsiveness -- and his very reasonable bid -- and hired him on the spot. Everything went exceedingly well in the following days and weeks when he went about removing and replacing drywall, fixing an electrical problem we didn't know we had and replacing a wooden door with a water-proof aluminum door. By this time, we were back in LA. Every evening, Adrian would send us photos of his progress. Best of all, the tenants kept telling us how impressed they were, so we were able to turn lemons into lemonade. My wife and I can't say enough good things about Adrian Kovaci and Ceres Construction. We surely hope we don't need to use him in the future, but if we need to, we won't hesitate to call him again. If you have a mold issue, call Ceres Construction. Thank you, Adrian. Great, Work was started and completed on time. Owner/ contractor Adrian was on sight everyday to check the job sigte and work progress and to ensure everything was being done properly. He provided an update as needed everyday or when requested. They repected the House Rules and cleaned up daily in my condo and in the common area.. You won't find better service or quality. I have worked with Ceres Construction on multiple residential projects that have spanned several years in duration. Adrian is one of the most reliable and upstanding contractors I have worked with in Marin and his attention to quality is rare. Our first project was a historic home in Mill Valley where Adrian and team built my children a treehouse that’s right out of a storybook nestled into a large tree. Next he rebuilt several decks/railings, re-sided our ADU, and installed new outdoor electrical. At our next home in San Anselmo, we called Ceres to completely rebuild a large outdoor deck that leaked and caused damage to the living spaces below. We also had them prep the house for sale by replacing banisters, remodeling the kitchen, and finishing the garage. We purchased a very old home that needed lots of work while maintaining the charm. Ceres worked for 18 months and handled everything from foundations to plumbing to drywall. You name it, they can do it all. Best in the business.
