He kept in contact with me and did an excellent job on time

They came out a gave us a quote. After he quoted us, he revised it, increased it $100. He sent over his installer. While his installer was at our house, Juan came over to collect payment. At the time, his worker looked like he was doing good quality work, had just a couple hours more before he was finished, so I paid him. The worked left for the day without completing the job. I took a picture and sent it to Juan on January 9th. He said that they would be back out on Monday the 11th. They did not show up. I have reached out to him at least 8 times in 5 weeks. He has made appointments to come back out, then never showed up. I texted him asking if I should hire another contractor to do the work, he said that he would be here last Thursday 2/11 at 2:00. No show, no call back. So at this point he got me for an extra $100 and I still need to hire someone to finish the job. I do not reccomend them at this point.

They are great fast workers. Very motivating. Hoping to work with them again.
