Description of Work: Had a 220 Volt dryer plug overheat and become embrittled. They brought the parts to update it and correct the grounding on it. All within 3 hours of calling them!!

Description of Work: These guys did great work when they were on the job, but today really let me down in a time of EXTREME need. We hired them for two NEW construction projects, and I don't recall the dollars exactly, but one was for a guest house/garage approximately 1,700 square feet and one was for a 6 stall horse barn (it was somewhere between 50 and 100K worth of work). We also hired them to come fix an electrical septic problem a few months back, which failed today. My husband is out of town, and our septic alarm went on, meaning that it will back up into the house if we don't get it fixed right away. Not only this, but the electric fence for our horses had stopped working and the barn lights have been continually tripping off. I have VERY expensive show horses that were fighting across the fence, breaking it down and getting tangled in the wires. I explained the situation to Steve and his employee, and they said they didn't have time to come up, or if they could *possibly* send someone up, they only had time to do a temporary (5 minute) fix on the septic system and could NOT spend any time looking at the problems with the electrical fence and the barn lights. He wants to charge his $175 minimum charge for 5 minutes of work to make the septic pump work again (on an extension cord - this is not a fix!!!!), but nothing more, even thought he knows we have all these other electrical issues going on and very expensive horses are in danger. I am happy to pay for good work, but think it's outrageous and extremely insensitive that he would charge his minimum fee for 5 minutes of work when we've been such good customers. LADIES, STAY AWAY. I think he works well with men, but doesn't respect women or have empathy in situations like this.
