So, we had used Peter's company before for the 2 bathrooms upstairs. I would say if he is doing small projects, a bathroom or something, that's involving, he's incredibly good at that and we were impressed with the work that he did. So, we went with him for the whole downstairs. We had 90% of the downstairs tiled and he did a good job on that. He did a good job in a number of other areas but I think it as just a little bigger than he would normally do. If you have him do a small job he does very good. If you get him into a larger job that takes a few months and there are some complexities, if you get outside of his skill set you are going to run into some problems. We ran into some problems and the project was delayed more than once. His customer skill set when he does run into a problem, and I talked to him about this more than once, it kind of goes away. He doesn't like to talk to you. He knows he's right, he knows you're wrong and that's the end of the conversation. He's very strong personality. He's very gifted with anything to do with slate, granite, rocks, marble. He did a guest bath upstairs and it's just gorgeous. It is so well done that if there was an earthquake, I would go in there. It's like a tank. I watched him build it and I couldn't believe it. Overall, his skill set with those types of things is excellent. We went over time wise and the reason we went over time wise he would come in at 10 and leave at 1 and tomorrow I'll put in a whole day and it never happened. I talked to him at length about it.

Because of their excellent work on the bathroom remodels, I did not bid out the kitchen remodel. They do excellent work. The price included materials and their work. I will be using them for the kitchen remodel.
