Ian Geddes was very professional in all aspects of this work including setting up & doing the estimate, scheduling and performing the work. I felt like the health of my trees was important to this company and that the work was done with care. Something I noted was the workers wore protective gear like helmets which made me feel the company also cares about the workers well-being; I know I paid enough for them to also have a decent wage....hope that is the case. There was one small thing that could have been improved and that was the clean-up; there was a lot of small debris left on my lawn although I did not notice it until after they had left...I was looking up at the trees not down on the ground (also, my lawn would never be mistaken for a golf course-it has more of a lived in look). I have little doubt they would have cleaned it up if I had noticed it sooner & asked. This was my first experience with this company but they will be my go to for tree work in the future.

Estimator was punctual and friendly. Highlighted alternatives to improve health of trees to be trimmed. Work to be done was clearly communicated to crew so they got right to work after a quick double check. Ian Geddes Trees still has climbers so they also strung a ham antenna between two trees. Climber clearly enjoys his work up high and paid attention to his safety as well as health of trees. He's the same guy who worked on a 70 ft pine a year or so ago - again Ian Geddes Trees did all the work. We will gladly work with them again.

The estimator called ahead and was very knowledgeable and helpful during the tree estimate. the workers showed up early, did a good job and left. Total 2 hrs.

They showed up when they were supposed to, they were tidy, and did a really nice job on the trees. They cleaned up after themselves when the work was finished.

The individual that came out was very helpful and gave me good ideas about removal. He told me what could be done in terms of different options he presented and he told me what he thought. He showed up on time and seemed to be well on top of what he did.

The job when very well. The crew started cutting the old tree at about 8:30 and had it all down by noon. They started grinding the stump at 12:30 and finished at 2:00. That left a large pile of stump chips. They cleaned up most of the mess the next day. They planted the new tree and cleaned up the rest of the mess the following week.

Worked with Ian, who was very responsive right from the quote to the finishing of the work. There were two people who worked on the first day for the first two big trees. Then there were five more people who worked on the trees the following day, So overall they probably spent about 30-35 man hours. The work was done very courteously and there was no damage done apart from some small shrubs being squished under the big branches. They were open about the whole process and seemed to be very knowledgeable about most of the trees on my property. They have worked on a bunch of other houses on my street and I have heard good things about them.

They did not really do anything because they could not evaluate my tree until it blooms. They did not charge me anything and I was impressed with the arborist that came out. I give them all A's and will use them again in the future. My trees are in bloom so I am going to call them soon.

We had hired Geddes to work on our trees multiple times in the past, and always had good results. This time, we again needed to have our Mulberry tree cut back to avoid problems with utility wires. The estimating and scheduling went fine, and the workers arrived as scheduled. Overall the results were good and met our expectations. We did notice afterwards that a worker had been less careful this time than in our previous experience (e.g. stepped on a delicate fern near the tree). Other than that, no problems.

While total expense seemed high, the overall experience made it a good value. All contact was handled quickly & clearly. Estimator triple-checked what work was to be done. Crew arrived right on time. Estimator walked them through trimming desired. Each team member worked 100% of the time and double checked with me each time there were choices. All their gear was new and / or well maintained so sharp saws minimized residual damage to trimmed trees. Smart use of safety gear throughout. Both neighbors who were affected liked the work, & found the workers were friendly and knowledgeable. We will work with Ian Geddes et al again without hesitation.

They are really good tree trimmers but they are very expensive. They are fabulous people. I would rate him A+. I like the master trimmer in that company. He is a master in trimming and pruning. Their quality of service is great. They are very responsive. They come in immediately after you all them. They are very professional.

Their service was very professional, the estimator was very knowledgeable and helpful. The price was reasonable, the crew arrived exactly on time and did a great job. They cleaned up all the limbs and leaves and we were totally satisfied.

Workers were professional and did the job well. The tree was removed and the stump ground down. On the weeping willows removed the dead branches, trimmed away from the house, thinned out. They also hauled away all debris instead of putting it out in the street to wait for the garbage day like some companies have done. They made sure I was happy with the job before payment.

They cleaned up the site well, came when they scheduled. Everything was completed with no damage to the property, I was very pleased. The price was competitive with the other bids we recieved.

The tree looks much better, and the crew did a good job cleaning up. They arrived with two large trucks. One was a "cherry picker", and one was a "chipping machine with truck", and everything was pruned and cleaned up in about an hour and a half.

We got an estimate only. They were prompt and professional, but could not perform the work as quickly as we would like.

The estimator was prompt in arriving for the appointment. He was helpful in telling us that we needed to get a permit from the city. The estimate was given to us on the spot. I called later to make an appointment. The crew came on time and did a great job pruning the trees and cleaning up.

I was very pleased with their services as they cleaned up extremely well. The employees offered advice freely in the care and upkeep of the trees in my yard. They offer high quality for the price. I will definitely rehire them for future tree services.

I was very pleased with their abilities to cut the branches away from wires and trim to maintain a pleasant look. Upon completion of the job, they removed and disposed of the debris and branches from our yard. They arrived as scheduled. The price was middle of the road in comparison to other companies. I am planning to schedule them again to remove some other pine trees.

Did a very professional job of providing an estimate, and discussing in detail the implications of each element of the project. Crew arrived on time and worked very efficiently. Supervisor arrived toward the end of the day and had the crew do some additional pruning.

I called to make an appointment and was expecting a call back but never did hear, so I called again. Unsure what happened, but she was very apologetic, polite, and pleasant and made sure I got an appointment scheduled that fit my schedule. Person showed up on time and diagnosed my tree problem. In my case, the guy sent over had recently received his license or whatever it is called. My price was free for what I was needing, but the regular price of $150 for a visit might be a bit pricey, but I don't know since I didn't compare prices, just seemed high.

The crew arrived on time and set up quietly. Climbers cut limbs and lowered them to the ground without damage to the landscaping or house. All clean up was completed before the crew left.
