Happy Planet Cleaning Services

We used Happy Planet for bi-monthly cleanings for approximately 6 months, and we have mixed feeling about them. The estimate process and first cleaning were A+, it sort of went downhill from there. Punctuality and rescheduling was one of the issues. What was worse though, they were quite rough with our furniture and belongings. You could here lound banging and dropping of things during their cleaning sessions. One one occasion they broke our curved sliding shower door by yanking it hard (and did not even apologize). The quality of cleaning is fair, although, like most cleaning services, they skip corners and less obvious places in the house. I had to point out for them to vaccuum under the furniture, otherwise dust flies right out and your can't even tell someone cleaned there. On the positive side, they use eco-friendly supplies, so your house does not smell like bleach and chemicals after their visit. My final rating would be somewhere between B and C. In the end we decided to go with a different service.

They are great. They do a really good job, great people, that are extremely helpful.

They are great. Their service depends. They do a separate thing for each individual client depending on their needs. They are thorough, quick, well priced, responsive and good.
