+ -1 moreClark suggested American Leak Detection for the pool leak and we set up bi-monthly service schedule to commence after the leak repairs were done. The pool service started around April 2009 and has continued until maybe September or October. The reason why I'm not sure the last time they came and serviced the pool is because the house is a rental and according to the tenants they haven't seen any signs of pool service activity. The pool is green and mossy. I've left 7 messages to Clark for the past 2 weeks to call me back. In the last message I asked if he fired us as a client and still have not heard back. It's understandable to fire a client but at least let the client know so they can try to find someone else. For all I know maybe Clark has gone out of business but the message on his phone still is the same.
Description of Work: I originally called Clark to a possible pool leak and to set up monthly pool service for a backyard pool.

+ -1 moreSince our first job, I have utilized Clark's services for mechanical repairs, installation of required meters and gauges, and pool cleaning services. He is extremely knowledgeable, communicative, and responsive. Most importantly, he has a ''can-do'' attitude and never gets flustered at challenging situations - very professional and easy to deal with!
Description of Work: I originally called Clark for an emergency pool cleanup after our filter failed due to vandalism. He installed a new DE filter in our 33k-gallon pool of an apartment building, and it performed exactly as promised.

+ -1 moreTHEY ARE VERY NICE AND POLITE. THE COMPANY IS ALSO VERY REASONABLY PRICED COMPARED TO OTHERS. NEVER MISSES AN APPOINTMENT AND VERY PUNCTUAL.
