Description of Work: The men who worked on my projects were polite and professional. | |The hours that were reported back to me by Mr. Baron were not accurate for what was actually spent. He did honor my data, but if I had not kept close track I would have been cheated out of at least 6 hours of labor. | |On the third day of our scheduled time, no one showed up. I waited and waited and finally called Mr. Baron. He told me at that time that they were not coming because he knew I wanted to talk with him about what was left to do. I had called and left a message the day before, AND, his people obviously told him also. Yet, he did not call me. I had to initiate contact after waiting. This delay created havoc as I had scheduled other things based on the time we agreed to have the work done. | |Some of the work completed was OKAY, not terrific and did not meet my expectations based on our original conversation when he came out to discuss the project. | |Basic clean up was good. They were careful to cover the floors and cleaned them well. There was significant texturing material splattered on windows and the sliding glass doors that was not addressed. To be fair, I did not notice until they had all packed up and left. | |Because I lost trust after the initial discrepancy with the hours worked, and the failure to communicate/show up on the third day, I chose not to confront/discuss my disappointment with the end results. Everything is better than before the projects started, so in the end, I am better off than before. | |I would choose a different contractor in the future.

Description of Work: We needed some smaller projects done rather than one large one. Baron was very amenable to working with us on that. They were professional, courteous, accountable, on time and they did a really nice job! After they were finished, we needed them to follow up on a problem that developed. They came back immediately, twice! They were completely responsive until the problem was resolved. We were very pleased with the experience and would definitely use them again.

Description of Work: They installed LED recessed lights in the kitchen, removed old lights and painted. Replaced wall socket coverings with up to code ones in the kitchen. Great job, it really looks updated and classy.

Description of Work: I hired Baron Construction for a major remodeling job at my home. Mike Baron and his partner Roy came out after looking at numerous contractors. They were very nice and professional and after looking over our blueprints for the county they gave us a their bid after a few days and it was right in our budget. My wife and me gave them the ok and Mike picked up the plans at the county.They started the project about 2 months ago and we have three months to finish. The first thing that I want to say is that Mike and Roy are great to work with. We are so happy so far with the quality of work and speed of which they are working on our project. |I am here at the house and I watch everything because I have worked with many contractors before and I know how they can cut corners. Mike and his subs have been amazing and they do top quality work. So far my wife and I are very satisfied with the way things are going. I have told all my friends about this company. I will let people know how the rest of the project goes as it is in progresses. We have a long way to go but we feel confident that things will go well.
