John and Robin did every single thing right, taking over the entire sales process and relieving us of any annoying tasks and responsibilities. Selling the house was smooth and easy thanks to John and Robin. They kept us up to date with what was happening every step of the way, handled the received offers efficiently, made suggestions along the way but left all decisions to us. They are professional, honest and trustworthy. We are delighted we chose them for our sale and would be happy to use them again.
