My wife and I are very pleased with their work. They worked on it for about 4 days and it all looks very nice. They were very professional and we would highly recommend them. Their price was very affordable and we would definitely use them again.

From the very beginning, communicating via email and telephone was very pleasant and they responded promptly. For our installation, the installers showed up exactly on time, were very friendly and professional. They removed the old carpet, installed the new and were very gentle on our furniture...despite its weight and size. They left the work space clean and free of any trash. On top of all that, there estimation of the time it would to take to complete the work was extremely accurate. In fact, we were a little late getting back to the office, as we didn't really think it would be done that quickly. There prices were very reasonable, I will use them again and would highly recommend them.

The total experience with Village Carpets was a pleasure. Their showroom had a wide selection of carpets and brands to chose from. I was very impressed with the work of the installers. They were careful with our furniture and did a great job installing the carpets.

Excellent customer service from the get go. Our sales rep was very helpful and responded quickly to our questions. Once we made a decision they installed on the scheduled dates. The work was done quickly and professionally. After the install, the door was sticking a bit and they came right out to correct the issue at no charge. We are very happy with the services they provided us.

As far as the work performed, we are happy. The order was placed and arrived on time, the workers showed up on time and the carpet was installed well. The only sour taste left in our mouths was the service we received in the showroom. We felt that the salesperson tried to show us more expensive carpet than we wanted, even after we explained how much we were looking to spend. We ended up finding the carpet that fit our needs while the salesperson attended to another customer (in the middle of helping us). In the end, we found exactly what we wanted and we are happy with the end result.

THIS COMPANY WAS VERY ACCOMMODATING WHEN MAKING OUR DECISION ON WHAT CARPETING TO BUY AND LATER WHEN WE NEEDED TO ADD SOME TILE WORK.

ED MEYER WAS THE SALES REPRESENTATIVE THAT WE DEALT WITH. HE MADE A PERSONAL VISIT TO THE HOUSE TO PLAN THE TILE AND CARPETING. THE TILE WAS LAID IN ONE DAY AND GROUTED THE NEXT. THE CARPET WAS LAID OVER TWO DAYS AND WAS COMPLETED AS WE WISHED. WE HAVE NO COMPLAINTS ON THE WORK DONE.

INSTALLERS WERE QUICK AND FRIENDLY. THE FINISHED WORK IS FLAWLESS.

THEY GAVE ME A 20% DISCOUNT FOR MATERIALS & THE 10% DISCOUNT FOR FIRE VICTIMS. GREAT SELECTION.

ONE YEAR LATER THE CARPET IS FRAYING AND COMING AWAY FROM THE EDGES AND IT IS ALSO BUCKLING IN HIGH-TRAFFIC AREAS. THEY OFFERED TO RESTRETCH. THE SUB-FLOOR IN THE KITCHEN IS UNEVEN, BUT MAY BE FROM THE ORIGINAL FLOORING.

I HAVE USED VILLAGE CARPET 2 TIMES IN THE PAST ON DIFFERENT HOMES AND PLAN TO USE THEM AGAIN FOR MY NEW HOME. I DON'T EVEN BOTHER LOOKING ANYWHERE ELSE. THEY HAVE THE BEST QUALITY, THE BEST CARPET, BEST SERVICE AND STAND BEHIND THERE WORKMANSHIP. I REFER THEM TO FRIENDS OFTEN AND HAVE NEVER HEARD ANYTHING, BUT POSITIVE FEEDBACK.

I APPRECIATED THAT AT THE SHOW ROOM, THEY DIDN'T JUMP ON YOU WHEN YOU CAME IN THE DOOR AND YET, CAME OVER WHEN IT WAS CLEAR I WAS LOOKING TO TALK TO SOMEONE. I WAS PUTTING NEW CARPET IN A RENTAL HOUSE. THE GENTLEMAN GAVE ME THE PROS AND CONS OF THE VARIOUS CARPETS AND COLORS FOR USE IN A RENTAL HOUSE AND I WAS SURPRISED WHEN HE DIDN'T PUSH THE MORE EXPENSIVE CARPETING, BUT ALLOWED ME TO WEIGH ALL HE HAD TOLD ME, AND THEN MAKE UP MY OWN MIND.
