Description of Work: fix a noisy furnace

Description of Work: Furnace did not go on. We have a home warranty plan with Fidelity National and we called them They sent out a company that said our furnace venting was dangerous and unplugged our furnace and shut off the gas. I called Fidelity National and told them San Diego Gas & Electric had been out several times in the past 3 years and nothing was wrong with the venting. Fidelity National sent out TL Services as a second opinon. The person they sent out visually inspected the furnace and said it was rusted, and was dangerous to use.He asked what the other company said so that he could his report. I told him just to write his report on what he saw and his honest opinon. He said he hoped his report was the same if not there could be a problem.I called Fidelity National and informed them. I later learned from them that TL Service had reported we had a cracked heat exchange, and that we needed a plenum, flue, and a gas nipple. The furnace was covered but the other parts would cost us 979.SDG&E came out today (2 days after TL) and said nothing is wrong with the furnace and re lit the furnace. As you know SDG&E will shut your furnace down at the slightest chance of danger.
