+ -1 moreI was already happy with them. They came out within a week; I do know that. They came out within a few days of me calling them. No additional out of pocket that I recall. I would not have probably liked that, so that would have stayed out in my mind. On quality, there was a particular thing that I asked them to do and I believe they performed that very well. On responsiveness, I had kind of a unique request and they explained it and it seemed to be effective. On punctuality, I don't remember issues with them being late or else I probably wouldn't have liked them. On professionalism, I liked the guy. I searched for him actually in 2017 and I must not have done a very good job, I couldn't find him. I would have used him and called him had he been showing up in my search. This was in California. I was having some some medical problems. I may have done a poor job of looking for him. I would have hired him again. I failed to do a good job of searching. It was a review on Angie's List about a particular person working for that company and that guy I believe he came out. I had a particular pest concern that he addressed. I liked the fact that he took the time to understand my need and responded.

+ -1 moreThey arrived on time and quickly went to work spraying outside and inside our home. It was suggested we leave the house for about four hours to allow the service to work. Returned home and see no ant activity right now. Sean, the provider of service, explained the pest problems we may expect in our area, especially Black Widow and other poisionous spiders. He explained where we might expect the spiders to nest and what soider eggs look like and what to do if bitten. Sean checked all around the house and located several spider locations and removed them. He swept all of the spider webs down as he sprayed for the spiders.
Description of Work: Needed an exterminator to get rid of sugar ants and spiders.

From when I first called they were so friendly and helpful i was on the verge of a full blown anxiety attack after finding out i had multiple mice! the receptionist was very sweet and was able to tell me some things that calmed me down and set me up with an appt. then followed up with a phonecall later that day to tell me they could move my appt up. Sean came out and was very nice, calming and professional, gave me my option for the actions we could take. Always on time or earlier, professional and effiecient. we are still having a couple more follow up visits. I feel happy with the value and work done. thank you Sean and team!

+ -1 moreSean came out the same day I called. He used 2 products and sprayed the ceiling and walls in both bathrooms. He said he had never seen an infestation that bad. He sprayed under the house. He said he would come back out in a week at no charge if they were still alive. I waited 3 weeks and cleaned and killed about 20 per day. I am happy to say after 1 month I used my bathroom again. Sean was a life saver. He was prompt, honest and successful! I would recommend him to everyone.
Description of Work: Had sewer flies from a broken pipe under my mobile home. Had the pipe repaired. Sewer flies got worse. Needed water and sewage removed under the house, gross I know! Had 3 plumbers and Quick Dry Flood Services out. After a month my two bathrooms were covered in flies. Tried spraying myself. Used foam and gel in the drains. I called Terminex and he said you will have me out here every week and need a maintenance contract. These flies are hard to control. There is still a small leak. They breed in the water. Get the leak fixed first and then call me. I called Corkies Pest Control which most of my neighbors use. They said, "we don't spray for flying insects". You need our commercial division. Commercial division never responded. Quick Dry Flood was called to clean out under the house and find the leak. They couldn't reach the area and wanted to tear out my shower, floors and insulation under the house. I said wait I only wanted an estimate. I wanted to see if any of this was covered under home owners insurance. They put a fan under the house to try to dry out the water and a filtered fan in my bedroom. I said ok for the fan since he said it was covered under home owners insurance. It wasn't covered, so I said remove the fans. I was worried about paying $175 per day for "fans". The fans did nothing. Then, after finding out nothing was covered under insurance, I got a bill for $4,169.87 from Quick Dry. They argued with me regarding charge for the fans. They did nothing but use a fan and crawl under the house. They were at my home only 2 hours. Was shocked that they billed my insurance company over $4,000 and then billed me! I wish I had checked Quick Drys rating on Angie's list before calling them on a recommendation from a plumber. Finally, I had a handyman take up the floor, remove toilet and vanity and check plumbing for any leaks. He did this for $250. Plumbing fixed. Sewer flies are breeding exponentially. I called Sean.

+ 0 moreSean came out initially to remove a gopher we had in our backyard. Our prior pest control service was much more expensive so I checked around for providers and Eagleshield was one of the cheaper providers. I also told him my backyard was small so they charged 1/2 the price. Sean took care of the problem and he was a very nice guy. I liked his service so decided to cancel my prior pest control provider and sign-up with them for the monthly service. The cost was a little more, but I liked the fact Sean was the one coming out and also they come each month as opposed to quarterly with the other company (although the other company would come out whenever you need them, it's just a pain having to call and schedule in-between visits). It's been about three months and I'm pleased with the service. In fact they have gotten rid of more spider web issues than the prior company.

+ -1 moreDuring the past year Sean has come bi-monthly, to spray. He has been very informative about the types of chemicals used, i.e.., which is better for which circumstances. Sean has been very conscientious and thorough, and always asks if anything specific has come up that he might cause him to have to make adjustments. Spraying seems to have helped with the spider situation, and I have had absolutely no ants inside. Have contracted for a second year.

+ -1 moreI called them on Saturday 10:50 am. Shawn answered my call. I explained my situation Bee Hive in a tree in front yard. He came to my property at 3:30pm. Assessed the situation and told me if it is a hive he can remove it. Told me he would come back at dusk when bees go to sleep to remove them. He did and took care of the problem. Shawn was down to earth, professional and explained to me what the plan he had he to remove the bees. He returned at dusk and took care of my problem. Done Bee Hive gone.

He considered the fact that I have a dog in deciding which products to use and where to place them. + -1 moreHe came the next day was very pleasant treated inside and out. The next day there were NO MORE ANTS . I can't say enough good things and his price was almost half of the others I saw.
Description of Work: I had a terrible ant infestation for at least 3 weeks and tried everything I could myself but it did nothing. Called Eagleshield the person I talked to was the owner and the technician. He was so nice and from our conversation determined that he could treat the inside of my house with a gel so I didn't have to remove food ect from my cabinets.

Sean is very personable and even went on the roof to check to see if I had a chimney cover. Very caring. I would definitely hire him again.

+ -1 moreI contacted Sean at the Eagleshield San Diego office and left a message. He replied instantly, scheduled the treatment for the next day. He explained over the phone that he would spray treat the exterior area of the house and that I had an option for using a gel or spray indoors (with the spray, you need to leave the home for 4 hours; with the gel, you can stay). I opted for the gel. Sean was courteous, thorough, and professional. I am completely ant free after one week! He did guarantee, however, that if I wasn't, he would have come back in a week to do the spray. The was the first time I ever used an extermination service, and I was very happy with Eagleshield!
Description of Work: My house was infested with ants -- inside and out -- so I decided to take advantage of a special that Eagleshield was having for basic ant treatment.

+ -1 moreSean has been fantastic! We're so glad to have found him after our previous provider's service fell short and a resolution could not be reached. He has be great with follow up to see if we have any issue between service calls as our property backs up to a school that does not seem to care that the bushes lining their soccer pitch are home to numerous spiders (including numerous brown widows) that migrate over our fence to make new homes in our backyard. He's actually back out today to respray as there seems to have been a recent hatching of epic proportions on the other side of the fence after his last service a few weeks ago and with no additional charge. He's also noted our increasingly losing battle with the local gopher population and we have added this service to our contract, also at no additional charge to the monthly service (after the initial treatment of $150). We're thrilled at the prospect of being able to take back our yard space before putting out the spend for new drought tolerant landscaping and plants only to have them nibbled to death. We highly recommend giving Sean a call!

Description of Work: The Provider inspected the property, assessed infestation of spiders and ants and determinded what services were required. Pesticides were distributed on the premises and surrounding grounds. He alos answered questions as to the types of spiders found in and about the property. Locations where pests infestation was prevalent and pesticide distributed to erradicate same. Also, when asked about termites, he stated his services did not incllude termite inspection, but he could supply a service provider.

Clean, professional, knowledgeable and action-oriented, Sean not only rid my attic of rodents (and returned to ensure any traps were carted away), he cleaned and sanitized my attic and sealed all points of ingress, egress so the rats couldn't push their way back into my household. This was no 'one and done' service. Sean checked back in to ensure all was well and put together a terrific proposal for ongoing pest control maintenance to avoid future property damage. I will be returning to Sean and Eagleshield for ALL my pest control services. His prices are more than reasonable, and I know when I call for help, he'll ensure help arrives in very short order. I understand they eradicate rodents, ants, spiders, all kinds of critters. And we have a great many of them out here in Southeast Mt. Helix (Spring Valley North)! I'm even inviting him to a solar open house I'm having for my neighbors to introduce him as a favored, trustworthy contractor. His job isn't an easy one, but he does it swiftly, surely and with a smile on his face. Solid, reliable, affordable contractors can be hard to find. Once I find them, I ensure I don't let them go! Description of Work: I live in a rural area with ample trees and landscaping and my rooftop had become a haven for rodents, who burrowed into my attic and were imposing all kinds of property damage.
