Pete Franke

I would recommend him and he does it all. He was always here on time with his partner. It went very well and they were here on time every time they said they would be here. I didn't get the sense that they were doing a lot of goofing off. They were business like and professional and they were also personable and they were kind of fun to talk to. He is easy to get a long with.

Pete Franke and his helper accomplished all these tasks in about a week's time, with minimal disruption to my daily life. At every step he informed me of what he was going to need in the way of materials, and how much it was going to cost; there were no cost over-runs. He showed up when he said he was going to show up, and he and his helper proved easy to get along with, and honest to a fault. He has done work (plumbing, electrical, masonry, fencing) for several of my neighbors, which is how I became aware of him in the first place, and they have all reported themselves to be highly satisfied with his work, as am I.
