 + 0 moreI would recommend him and he does it all. He was always here on time with his partner. It went very well and they were here on time every time they said they would be here. I didn't get the sense that they were doing a lot of goofing off. They were business like and professional and they were also personable and they were kind of fun to talk to. He is easy to get a long with.
Description of Work: I used Pete Franke to do a tune up on a door he installed that led to my garage to the outside, replace the tile in my bathroom, a ground interrupt wall place so I can use the outlet, and he replaced all the pipes underneath my house, and installed a fence.

 + -1 morePete Franke and his helper accomplished all these tasks in about a week's time, with minimal disruption to my daily life. At every step he informed me of what he was going to need in the way of materials, and how much it was going to cost; there were no cost over-runs. He showed up when he said he was going to show up, and he and his helper proved easy to get along with, and honest to a fault. He has done work (plumbing, electrical, masonry, fencing) for several of my neighbors, which is how I became aware of him in the first place, and they have all reported themselves to be highly satisfied with his work, as am I.
Description of Work: 1. Replaced a warped side-door to garage, that had been shoddily replaced by another worker. 2. Straightened up a garage crammed with junk. 3. Replaced the cracked laundry tub in the garage. 4. Replaced all the plumbing underneath the house (this was the major expense); other estimates for this task alone came in at $10K. 5. Retiled the floor of the house's full bath, and restored the toilet. which had been broken, to full functionality; incidentally, he also cleaned that bathroom and scrubbed that toilet. . 6. Installed two extra electrical outlets in the full bath, with recommended safety feature of ground fault current interruption. 7. Replaced the handle on an outdoor spigot. 8. Hauled away all the debris that his work generated, including, of course, all the rusted-out cast-iron plumbing that had needed to be replaced.
