My house was flooding from the supply hose which had separated from the toilet. They came very quickly and helped to repair the damage. They also gave advice on what to do next and how to deal with the water damage. I. Have used Journeymen Plumbers for well over a year for renovation work in a rental property and again in my own home. They are a family of Dad and two sons. They work very well as a team and are very responsive whenever I call. There work has been excellent and I have not had any problems with any of the work that they have done.

Toilet began flushing sporadically about two weeks prior. Hired another firm to run the main line which appeared to help but only for a couple of days. As we have a home warranty with Old Republic, I called and they sent Al to fix the problem. He initially used a toilet auger, pulling out some roots, which seemed to fix the issue. But, after numerous trial flushes, including one with a huge gob of toilet paper, the stoppage reappeared. He pulled the toilet, ran a regular auger through the line and pulled out the rubber part of a wax ring, that had apparently fallen in during a repair before we bought the house. He replaced the toilet and all is well. Very impressed with the job. Journeymen is a family business with Al and his sons. We scheduled the appointment and he was right on time. Extremely conscientious about tracking dirt into the house, put something under the toilet to protect surfaces when they removed it, and were always careful that nothing dripped where it shouldn't. We really appreciated the extensive testing of the toilet before they left, as it would have been frustrating for both of us if he had to come back. Prompt, courteous and professional. Would definitely hire them again.
