Everything was great. Started the job a couple weeks after signing the deal and they finished about 10 days later with SDGE turn on a couple days later. Start to finish in 30 days and no more electric bill. Had an equipment problem the next month for which the company promptly took care of it. Panels were installed on a Spanish "S" tile roof which is most difficult, but no leaks during the recent rain.
Description of Work: Installed 16 panel 4.5 kw solar panels, optimizers and inverter on clay tile roof.

Description of Work: Service took longer than quoted, cleanup was inadequate, and the electrician spent a lot of time resting. House fan was installed and wired correctly, but vent was not, only one half worked correctly. It was an easy fix to reframe and center in the opening, but I should not have to perform rework for a supposed professional.

What you described is unacceptable on several levels. The electrician who performed your whole house fan installation has been performing electrical service work for several years and is state certified, unfortunately this was his first whole house fan installation and it showed. He has been reprimanded for violating company cleanliness and completion procedures.
