Description of Work: I got Michael's contact info from a friend of mine who had used his service & was very satisfied. My furnace was inoperable & Michael made a point to give us a quote as soon as possible. We discussed the option of adding AC. First, I must say that I received a quote through Costco. That quote was high and the contractor said that it would be much cheaper for me to add AC at the time the furnace was installed do to several factors. Michael, of ICS, said that if we were thinking of AC we could do the most important part at the time of installing the furnace...add the evaporator coil. The AC portion could be added later with no problem. Michael gave us an estimate for six (6) different furnace configurations and price points. Lots of choices. I did my online research & his prices, for equipment & installation, were below the averages. We picked out the configuration that was best for us, which besides cost & equipment durability was the noise factor. Michael ordered the equipment & we set an install date. He & his helper came out and removed old, installed new, & discarded the old equipment. Also, at Michael's suggestion, we replaced all the registers & grills. Again, I priced the items online & his price for the material was in line. I'll definitely use San Diego Indoor Comfort Systems, Inc. for my future AC installation.

 + -1 moreIndoor Comfort came the same day we first called to give us an estimate. The installation was done as scheduled, and then Mike met with us to walk through use and maintenance. A job well done for an affordable price.
