Everything went really well. They did a good job, but I feel as though it was a little bit on the expensive side. They came into the house and picked up the rugs, and returned them after they were cleaned. The rugs were brought back in great condition. I would probably use them again in the future.

With cats, a dog and messy friends, my drapes come in for a lot of dirtying, including red wine stains. And because they get direct sunlight, I expected they had become pretty fragile. I called Coit because I've used them before and been satisfied with their work. Their rep. came when they said they would come, gave me the discount I'd seen advertised on TV the night before, took down the drapes and bagged them, gave me an accurate estimate of how long cleaning would take, returned on time and re-hung them. They looked almost good as new, although they are 15 years old. Only one small stain remained, and the rep pointed it out, explaining that they tried to get it out but couldn't for fear of damaging the fabric. Other companies might be cheaper, but all in all, I am very pleased with Coit. I will use them again and recommend them to others.

We usually pay approximately $500 to have our house done, but our usual company was booked and we needed somebody ASAP, so my wife called COIT. We still had to call them twice to get them here. They charged me $950 for basically the same job, broke an imported Italian vase, dumped cleaning chemicals in my outdoor shrub area, scraped my corner base moulding (because they didn't use a corner-guard), and scuffed and left stains on my driveway. Although some people might not care, they used my restroom without permission and left water all over the sink area. I also found a take out container and cigarette butt in the driveway, but can't say for sure if it was them.

We thought the price was too high and they failed to guarantee removing the stains. We chose somebody else. Estimated cost was $500.

I have used in the past to clean drapes and they did a wonderful but they did not do as good of a job on the carpet. the man was late and was pushed for time. I think he was having bad day.

The service was excellent from start to finish. They sent someone out to give us a quote and when we agreed to the service, he removed the drapes on the spot and took them away. Some of these were very hard to remove, as we have a 2-story living room space. While he was up on the ladder I asked if he would be willing to use a feather duster to get the cobwebs in the corner of the ceiling that no one can ever reach and he could not have been more accommodating. He did accidentally leave behind one tie-back, and they took this when they returned the rest of the drapes and had it cleaned. Then, when they brought it back, they stopped off at a hardware store on the way to bring some extra circular hooks that they saw we were missing from the tie-backs on their last visit. This was not really their responsibility, but they just went ahead and did it.

I have used this Coit Carpet Cleaning a couple of times previously and I am always pleased with the job they do. The employees are very nice and my carpets look like new when they are done shampooing them.

I have never had any problems with them at all. They are always on time and professional as soon as the set foot in my home. The price is comparable to other places and the carpets look great when they are finished. I like them.

I like the fact that I did not have to call them back to redo the work. The carpeting was very clean when they were finished and it really lasted long before the next visit. I was happy with what I paid and I think they have excellent customer service as well.

Coit is a well know carpet cleaning company in my local area and they do wonderful work. They have very neat and tidy technicians, they dont do a rush job and the rate that they charge are very reasonably priced. I definitely recommend their service.

Mickey did the air duct cleaning - in about 45 minutes. He was professional and quick. He went down in the basement and double checked the furnace and cleaned up there. Albert did the carpet cleaning (practically the whole house). It took about 1-1/2 hours - couldnt believe it. He was courteous and on time. I would certainly call this COIT office again.

My experience was OK. I've used them before with satisfactory results. I watched the one tech as he worked, and he did the job as well as might be expected.

The reason I would hire them again is because when I called about the spots, I received no hassles, and they just scheduled a return date that was good for me. I liked that.

I had no difficulty making the appointment for an estimate. The estimator was on time and very polite. After I agreed to the cost, he took the rug with him. He told me the rug would be delivered the next Monday, between 10 and 12. It was delivered within the time specified. All stains were gone. They offered to set it in place if I wanted them to. A very professional and reasonably-priced firm.

THEY ARE VERY GOOD AND SELF SUFFICIENT. THEY PULL UP TO YOUR HOME, AND COME IN TO GET ALL CARPETS CLEANED WELL. THEY DO A GOOD JOB, AND ITS EXTRA FOR SUPER CLEANING OR UPHOLSTERY CLEANING.

EXTREMELY EXPENSIVE AND NOT WORTH IT. CLEANER SEEMED YOUNG AND THERE FOR NOT MUCH CUSTOMER SERVICE. EXPERIENCE NOT VERY FRIENDLY. SPOTS CAME BACK TOO.

THEY WERE PRICED A LITTLE HIGH BECAUSE WE ONLY HAD ONE ROOM DONE AND THEY HAVE A MINIMUM PRICE. THEY DID DO THE SCOTCH GUARDING WITHOUT CHARGE. THE CARPET CAME OUT VERY CLEAN. THE DRYING TIME WAS MINIMAL.

THE ESTIMATOR WAS VERY KNOWLEDGEABLE AND PERSONABLE. THE PERSON WHO CAME, AT A LATER TIME, TO DO THE ACTUAL WORK WAS SULLEN AND DIDNT DO A GREAT JOB.

THEY DID A REALLY GREAT JOB CLEANING THE VALANCES (THEY WERE FILTHY AND I DID NOT HAVE MUCH HOPE). THEIR REINSTALLATION WAS ALSO EXCELLENT. I WASN'T TOTALLY HAPPY, HOWEVER, WITH THEIR CLEANING OF MY AREA RUG AND WOULD NOT USE THEM FOR THAT SERVICE, ONLY WOULD USE THEM AGAIN FOR DRAPES.

BEN, THE SALES AGENT, WAS VERY FRIENDLY AND HELPFUL ALSO RECOMMENDED BY A FRIEND. VICTOR, THE TECHNICIAN, WAS PROMPT AND VERY NICE, NEAT AND CLEAN. DID EXCELLENT JOB. MOST DEFINITELY WILL USE AGAIN.

OFTEN HAVE 40% OFF PROMOTIONALS, OF WHICH I TOOK ADVANTAGE. THEY'RE CONSISTENTLY EFFICIENT, TIDY AND FAST. HAD A LITTLE TROUBLE TRYING TO SWITCH APPOINTMENT DAYS, WHICH CREATED A COMPUTER GLITCH; IT WAS QUICKLY CORRECTED.

DID A GOOD JOB AND VERY CLEAN. VERY PROFESSIONAL.
