BLAINE'S QUALITY CARPETS

They were OK. I probably wouldn't use them again. It seemed like their return service is not what it should be. They don't follow up if we have a problem. The installer was a little sloppy with the installing of floors. He got glue on things. The price is right, they are OK. I didn't call them to do the floor in my house. Their professionalism could be better. It wasn't the worst, but it could have been better. You get what you pay for, I guess.

He is very responsive. He does everything to the convenience of the customer including dropping off samples, a good competitive price. He did a nice job on the carpets, none of my baseboards where being dumped or anything. He is just ever professional, accurately measures it and he posts a couple of options for me so I had a few different prices to consider. They are very professional and courteous. They cleaned up everything. They hauled away the old carpet. They vacuumed the new carpet when it was installed. They did a quality job. There was no damage to my baseboards and he is very competitively priced and he made selecting the carpet very convenient. He brought samples to me so I didn't have to go to his shop or his showroom.
