Description of Work: I purchased a video system from this company when my then 90 year old mother was alive so that I could make certain she would be safe when I went to do local chores to take care of her. The owner of this company "Rick" installed outdoor video camera's at my property nearby his business. He "fit me in" when he could to his choice of scheduling. I specifically asked for the back camera to have audio on it, and he said it would. But, none of the camera's have audio. Basically, he treated me as if I wasn't a customer after he installed the equipment. I go into his office and ask for him to call me back and he NEVER DOES. Also, he installed camera equipment that he just had on hand. None of them matches each other, and they don't cover the property adequately. Recently I lost the hard drive to the system due to the power outage. I almost always go into his office to leave him messages, but he never calls me back. This is about the worst service I could have found. I suggest that if you need a Video Camera's installed, and your home or business really rely's on it's efficiency that you use another company. I don't trust this company, or anything they tell me about my system now. I don't know where I can find someone to fix it as I had them install the system onto a Window's computer that was new at the time. I am not certain as to the date of this installation as I am not currently using my own computer.
