Amazing! I initially reached out to Eric on a Monday to see if he would be available to help me replace my manufactured home's water heater and the job was done on that same Wednesday. I had sourced a water heater from an alternate plumbing company and purchased it sending Eric a picture of the product. He took it upon himself to research the product and noticed that the type of heater I sourced was not the one needed for my project. His research helped to advise me to select the correct model needed for my manufactured home. I had to go to work on the day of appraisal and installation, but he was super flexible with me and met with me at my residence during my lunch breaks from work. He is highly knowledgeable and very professional. I am so grateful for his help on this project and will definitely reach out to him for my plumbing needs in the future. Super happy with the finished product and service.

Eric arrived on time, and the work was completed quickly. He left my house clean with everything picked up and no sign that we had had a plumber working at the house. I would definitely hire him again

I highly recommend you use Arcane Plumbing whenever you need plumbing work done. They are very professional and on time. I needed a new water heater installed and Eric suggested it would be better to have an expansion tank added because my older home is on a closed- loop system… he added some new pipes and the expansion tank and the water heater is working great. Eric is a really nice guy with vast amounts of plumbing knowledge. He’s reasonably priced too. I will never use anyone else.

Eric was here in August, 2022, to remove and replace our hot water heater. He did a very nice job. I am quite pleased with all he did, including the cleanup. If the need arises, I'm sure I will contact Arcane Plumbing first.

Eric at Arcane Plumbing is awesome. I’ve used him on a number of projects. His work is of the highest quality. Speedy, reliable service.
