+ -1 moreTHIS WAS A BIG JOB AND THE COMPANY WAS EFFICIENT. THEY WORKED FAST WITHOUT PAUSING TO DO OTHER JOBS WHILE WORKING ON MY POOL. THEY CLEANED UP. THE WORK CREW WAS COURTEOUS.
Description of Work: RESURFACED THE INSIDE OF MY POOL AND REPLACED MUCH OF THE TILE THAT SURROUNDS THE POOL EDGE.

+ -1 moreTHESE PEOPLE NEVER RETURNED MY PHONE CALLS. THEY BASICALLY DEMOLISHED MORE THAN INITIALLY DISCUSSED AND THEN ABANDONED THE PROJECT. WE HAD TO HIRE A PROFESSIONAL TO TELL THEM HOW TO PROCEED WITH REPAIRING AND COMPLETING THE JOB, WHICH THEY NEVER DID. WE HAVE HAD TO HIRE MULTIPLE COMPANIES TO REPAIR THE LOUSY, AWFUL WORK THEY DID. THE FILTER FAILED, AND IT WAS BRAND NEW. THE PUMP FAILED, BOTH WITHIN WEEKS OF INITIAL START UP. THE COMPANY NEVER RESPONDED TO MULTIPLE PLEAS ON MY PART FOR JUST A LITTLE BIT OF WORK. WE EVENTUALLY FIRED THEM. THEY SHOWED DISRESPECT FOR ME AND MY HUSBAND. THEY DID NOT CARE ABOUT OUR PROJECT. THEY ARE VERY UNPROFESSIONAL AND SHOULD NOT BE IN BUSINESS.
Description of Work: PREPPED EXISTING WATERFALL WITH HEAVY WATER PRESSURE, FILLED IN DEEP CRACKS WITH SILICA SAND, SEALED ALL WITH VULCAN SEALER, FILLED IN BIGGER CRACKS WITH CEMENT BASE, DEMOLISHED SOME SECTIONS OF EXISTING RESERVOIR AND TRIED TO MAKE DEEPER FOR A POND, INSTALLED TWO DRAINS AND TWO RETURNS, INSTALLED PUMP AND FILTER AND ELECTRICAL FOR POND LIGHTS, PEBBLE FINISHED THE POND.
