I orginally purchased my garage door from All-Pro over 10 years ago. I have had two repairs by them and both went very well. I highly recommend this company

Very well. The garage door runs better than before I ran into it.

We wanted to replace the old, single-ply doors with some that would keep the heat out of the garage. I visited the showroom and talked with Paul, who was extremely helpful and patiently explained the options and tax credits. I chose the insulated, triple-layer steel doors. Jamie arrived to do the installation. It was a very hot day, he worked hard, was polite, and cleaned up all the mess. However, he said painting the doors would void the manufacturer's warranty--which I found out later was incorrect. During the week after installation we noticed a few problems (e.g., alignment of slide locks, bad caulking job, vinyl trim not fitting properly, camera mounting), called and spoke with Rick, who arranged for installation manager Mike to come out. Mike came out in a few days to fix all the problems and we were happy campers. Eight months later a gap appeared along the vinyl. Dave came out, caulked and touched up the paint. We are still happy campers.

Jamie, the installer did a good job and was polite and professional.

Superb phone service when asking advice as to what the problem might be. Responsive to my questions. Very professional. Would recommend and use again without hesitation.

Overall, the services have gone well. He was very timely and prompt with fixing the door right away, knew exactly what was wrong. We mentioned Angie's List and received $10 off the service call.

I called All Pro to get a quote and set up an appointment for repair on my door opener springs. I was given a price and then an appointment for the next day. Dave called to let me know he was on his way, and he showed up within the time slot I was given. He was very cordial, professional, and went right to work replacing the springs, after confirming the price I had been quoted. He was fast, efficient, and cleaned up completely after the job was done. Excellent service. I recommend this company highly.

I called the office at 7.30 am on a Monday and received a quote which seemed reasonable from quotes for similar work described on Angie's List and I accepted. Service was scheduled for 12.30 pm the same day. The technician, Jamie, arrived close to the scheduled time and got straight to work and completed the replacement of the springs, adjustments, and lube in less than an hour. I said we had had a problem with the remotes not activating the drive unit consistently and he quickly traced this to what appeared to be loose or disconnected wiring in the controller. All in all, Jamie was very efficient, personable and courteous to me and my wife. We would certainly use this company again.

They basically said that if they did not have the spring, they could order it. They ended up having the part on their truck. Overall, the experience went very well. They were very nice and came when they said they were going to come.

I contacted this company by entering their showroom. On this visit, I spoke with Michael Quiriault who was very courteous and helpful. I explained I was interested in having a new garage door installed on my home. He spent some time showing me around and introduced my to several door options. I scheduled with him a time for an estimator to come to my home. Rick Durkin, estimator arrived at the specified time. He took measurements and explained my options for a new steel door. He asked that I visit his company?s web site and review door styles. I did this that day and provided him with three styles I wanted to get bids on. After a day or do, I had not heard back from him and I contacted him by phone. When I got him on the phone the first time, he somehow thought I was one of his service workers, he made a rude comment, then slammed the phone down in my ear. I called back and better identified myself as a customer; he seemed to apologize half heartedly. I then asked how the bid was coming along. He was very abrupt and said these things take time and I needed to just wait until he had everything together. When I asked him to verify he had my correct phone number, he stated he could not find my paperwork. I gave him all my contact information again and refreshed his memory on the estimate visit a few days before. He said he would be in-touch as soon as he had something more for me. I never heard from him or anyone from this company again.

Our garage door was opening and closing by itself. I called ALL PRO QUALITY GARAGE DOORS about the problem. Paul, the owner operator said that the remote controller may need an adjustment. He graciously guided me thru adjusting the controller, which took only a brief moment. The adjustment to the controller solved the problem. There was no charge for his help. I appreciate the helpfulness that could have been a profitable service call for him.

Technician arrived on time. He was professional and pleasant and worked quickly. Door opener works good and, for a chain drive opener, is quieter than our original one. I had a coupon so that was a plus.

Quick and fine job. Just as he talked about - no upselling or extras. I recommend him to anyone for a spring replacement.

Once I called in the morning they would be over by 11am that day. I asked for a call when they were on their way but that didn't happen. Also, Jamie didn't identify himself when I opened the door and had no company clothing on so I made a bad guess at who he was and that embarressed me, and possibly also him, which was unfortunate. He also arrived a half hour early so that coupled with no forward call, no company clothing and not identifying himself as being with All Pro when I opened the door made me assume he was there for another reason. I still feel bad about that. Anyway, he was very professional once we got acquainted and identified the problem and fixed it. He gave me $20 off for being an Angies List member and also lubed the door really well to the point that it doesn't make half the noise that it did before he arrived.

The appointment was scheduled and took place in a week's time. When I mentioned Angie's List on the phone he promptly adjusted the estimate with the coupon. I was given a half hour time slot, and the repairman called before his prompt arrival. The repairman was pleasant and professional. He balanced and adjusted the door. He lubed it and took the time to show me where to lube it too.

I called one morning, Mike came out in the afternoon, Dave arrived the next morning to do the above described work. All went very smoothly.

Service person arrived right when indicated. When he arrived both garage doors did not open correctly and one did not close correctly. In addition they were running unsmooth. Service person lubed parts, balanced both doors, and adjusted tracks. He then tested both doors a handful of times. Both garage doors are now opening and closing smoothly. Cost was $80-$20 Angie's coupon = $60. I would use them again, but I was disappointed that the warranty is only 30 days (I think 90 days should be a minimum warranty for work performed). However, this is the first time I have had the garage doors adjusted and I have been in the house close to 5 years and the doors have never worked better (so I expect the doors not to need adjusting for quite a while).

I should have called All Pro months ago before I started dragging out the ladder to make adjustments myself. People on the phone were extremely easy to talk with about my "it's not really broken, but it's entirely unreliable" problem. After I called at 11 am, they booked an appointment for the same day for 3 to 3:30 arrival, which worked well with my schedule. The office called shortly before 1 pm to let me know the tech was running about 1 hr, so couldn't arrive before 4 pm. The change worked well for me, so I ran a few more errands. Right after 4pm, the office called again to let me know the tech was by the garage in my alley -- great move, considering I have dogs too excited about people coming to the front door. The tech was professional, courteous, quick and didn't comment about all the garage junk he had to work around. This was a very easy transaction, which I should have done sooner. The door works like new! The technician mentioned they warranty their labor for 30 days, so I can call back if things change.

Gave estimate, gave Angie's list discount ($20), replaced opener.

I was very happy with the process start to finish of calling to get info, set up an appointment and getting the work completed. I would definitely use them again.

Dave from All Pro came at the appointed time and put in a temporary spring so that we could open and close the garage door until he could come back with the correct spring. He also oiled and made adjustments so that the door would work more smoothly. At the follow up appointment, Dave came on time and finished the work in less than 30 minutes.

I called All Pro and they called back and we agreed on a time to arrive and do the work. They didn't show up. I called and they said the repairman was on his way. They didn't arrive. I called back and was told they double booked the time. I arranged to have them come another time. Later, they called to say they were on the way and arrived on time. The repairman replaced the doohickey thingy and balanced the door.

Their work was excellent. The repairer was on time, re-arranged his schedule to conform with my time constraints, worked quickly and did a rather extensive repair in just half an hour. He answered questions I had, tried to fix a problem with the remote opener in my car and provided estimates on future work. Very well done.

Their service call price was more reasonable than the other two places I had called. They were also able to come out earlier than they had promised. The guy I dealt with, Dave, was very professional and did some extra sorts of things to service the garage door and evaluate it. Overall, it was a very good experience and it only took him about 40 minutes. He did the job and was off and on his way. I would definitely use him again.
