All-Pro Quality Garage Doors

They're very nice & good. I've been told before that my ceiling was too low to accommodate an automatic garage door. However, this technician came out & told me, no it's possible but just a lot harder! They came out & did a very good job. One person came out & spent all day in my garage working on the installation. They even came back the next morning when I had a problem with the automatic key unlock feature & showed me how to use it properly. They were very responsive.

After 10 years the garage door springs had broken. So I went to the All Pro showroom to receive pricing on a spring repair. Ended up replacing the entire garage door unit. Spoke with Rick, very knowledgeable and not pushy with sales. Set up an estimate, made sure I was aware of all charges and options available to me. Called the next day and set up an install date and time. Door was installed within a week. The installer was quick, knowledgeable and courtesy. Overall, completely satisfied with the job performed and would recommend this company again.

I just brought a new home and needed the garage door opener replaced. I am an impatient person so, I called All Pro Quality Garage Doors asked if they could send a person out as soon as possible, they sent Dave who arrived 5:00pm the same day. I was impressed, but not yet sold. Dave arrived and provided me a full range of choices. But, what "sold me" was his knowledge of openers and his honesty both pro's and con's of each. Negative point - I was surprise the company did not provide light bulbs for the opener. Overall great job!

One of my garage door spring broke so I called Access Garage Doors over the weekend first.They told me their tech would call me up but they NEVER did.So I called All Pro Quality Doors and was able to set an appointment without any problem and the service technician came and fixed everything for me. I also got the rubber lining under the garage door replaced.I am pretty happy with the service. I will call use them again for my other house that might need some garage door repairs in the future.

I called 3 garage door companies to give me quotes on replacing a garage door that was opening "on its own". All-Pro understood the problem and diagnosed what was causing it (the other two companies did not). They gave me a price over the phone (one company refused to do so and would only give me an estimate if they came out -- for which they would charge me). I wanted a specific brand of equipment, which they stocked and installed. I thought I needed a 3/4 hp motor, but they explained a 1/2 hp motor would be more than adequate (also a less expensive). Another company just gave me a price for a 3/4 hp, and didn't inquire into my needs. I was impressed with All-Pro's knowledge of the current brand I had, the problems this particular brand had experienced in the past, and my need for increased security. They scheduled the installation for a date reasonably quickly. The installation was smooth and professional. I would highly recommend this company.

I called All Pro early the next morning and spoke to Jamie. He was able to come out THAT same morning and repaired the door. What TERRIFIC service! Additionally, there was a small mistake on the amount charged to my credit card and the owner Paul promptly called me to correct the problem. Great job!!!

Dave came out soon after I called, assessed the situation, and fixed it on the spot. He did explain that I could buy a new door/hinges if I wanted, but was more than willing to just repair it. He also made sure the tracks were well-adjusted.

Workmen arrived earlier than projected time window. Workmen wasted no time working on broken Garage door and opener. Fixed the orginal problem and was testing opener when black smoke starting coming out of opener. I know opener was old so had it replaced instead of repaired. Workmen took old opener and I am very pleased with my new opener.

Very kind, responsive, helpful. However we got another estimate, since we knew we would be spending over a thousand dollars on a new door, and found that All-Pro's price was significantly higher. Therefore, we decided to go with another company.

My garage door motor had gone out. I purchased a new garage door opener thinking I should replace it myself. After removing the old garage door opener I realized it was more complex then I had anticipated. I read good reviews for All Pro so I called them and scheduled an appointment. They showed up on time, were very professional, and completed the job promptly. What I was most impressed with is the fact that they only needed to replace a few components that i had removed (motor and arm); however, instead they replaced every component with the new parts that came with the garage door opener I had purchased (including the cables and sensors), very thorough!

Everything is working fine now. They came when they were supposed to come. They did what they were supposed to do. They were clean and they were polite. They cleaned up very well which was important to me. They swept up and took all the old parts and boxes away, which were greatly appreciated, and they were on their way. They were punctual and I would use them in the future. I consider their price was fair.

Rich, the estimator, was on time, knowledgeable, & no hard selling. The door was installed as promised 3 days after placing the order. Jamie, the installer, is a real pro who takes pride in his workmanship and did a great job.

The service person was very professional, and also helped me with an unrelated electrical problem.

Called around and got several quotes - All Pro was in the middle. Thought the All Pro user comments, on Angie's list, most closely aligned with the work I needed done, and the posted comments were positive. With-in two hours, crew showed up and replaced the spring, in a quick, efficient manner. They also lubricated the rails and the opener twist gear. Would use them again.

Originally I was going to have them automate it. My situation was a bit complicated because there was a room built in part of my garage and there wasn't a lot of room to work with. They came and said it could be done. My contractor installed an outlet on ceiling of garage to prep it for automation, charging me $85 for that. On the day they came to install automation, they realized they goofed and it couldn't be done. They graciously refunded me the $85 I had to pay contractor to prep for a job that couldn't be done after all.
