The original call to All Pro was with Scott. Scott had great patience with us and all our questions. We were never hurried or felt like we asked too many questions about our garage doors. We scheduled the appointment to have the discussed work done. Jamie from All Pro showed up right on time. Jamie was polite, knowledgable about our doors, and took the time to talk about what molding colors would look best on our home. Jamie had brought out all the parts and products with him in his work truck. Jamie was VERY professional and took the time to do the job right. He made sure everything was working properly and cleaned up all the trash and debris left over from the job. A job well done by everyone at All Pro. Thanks All Pro !!!

Pardon my delay in reviewing this company; unexpected issues came up. I personally went to the office of All Pro Quality Garage Doors in late December to find out if they carried specific Genie parts. We had been having a problem with the garage door lights not turning off automatically after the door was closed or opened. Even the manual light button wouldn?t turn the lights off. After extensive testing, we concluded the wall console might need to be fixed or replaced. Temporarily, we unscrewed the two light bulbs in the unit so they would not remain permanently on. Might add that there was no problem opening or closing the garage door with the wall console or the portable & car transmitters. Only problem was the light. I was assured and shown a Genie wall console that would work with our unit but was also advised it might be a problem other than the wall console. I then made an appointment for servicing. In the interim, I retested the automatic and manual button light function and still found neither worked. To my amazement when the serviceman arrived, he re-screwed in the lights & pressed the button and the lights responded! The end! There was naturally an issue with the billing but that was worked out. Based on that, I believe in the future I would use All Pro Quality Garage Doors. They were courteous, professional, and understanding. Their ?Angie? ratings are excellent in regards to their work and they are members of the BBB which to me carries a lot of weight as to their integrity. I would have probably been able to give a higher rating if work had actually been performed but can?t make that assessment due to the unusual circumstances.

A few months back my garage door started malfunctioning in my apartment. My landlord was out of the country on vacation so unfortunately I had to take care of the problem myself. I did some searching around the internet and found a lot of positive reviews for All-Pro Quality Garage Doors so I decided I would give them a shot. Garrison arrived at my apartment right on schedule and immediately knew what the problem was. After fiddling with the door for about half an hour it was working perfectly again. I was charged $299.00 for the work which seemed a little high, however I was not the one paying for it so I could care less as long as my door was working again. Thanks Garrison and All-Pro!

Door opener installation went good, no problems with the work or opener. However, I (and you) should always get a written estimate "prior" to the work being done". (I'm not sure, but the State Contractors Board might even require that of Contractors) The "verbal over-the-phone" $359.00 installed price, plus $16.00 for the slide key lock added up to $465.07 after the Angie's list $20.00 coupon. Lessons Learned: Get it in Writing. Angie's list Awards, "A" grades, great reviews.... you still have to get it in writing, it will avoid misunderstandings by all.

What a classy operation. We were having problems with our garage door opener. I called them to schedule a service call. When I described the problem, they told me how to fix it. They could have gotten a service call out of this, instead they told me what to do for free. Honest, professional, and a class operation!

Garrison was fabulous, got right to wrok and knew right away what was wrong. Replaced a large capacitor in the electric opener and while he was there, lubed the door and hinges. Timely arrival, knowledge, good personality, did not try and up-sell to new opener, all great stuff.

After receiving an extremely HIGH quote from Garage Door Medics to change the springs in our 2-car garage, we called around & received a quote from All-Pro Quality Garage Doors over the phone. They were very courteous & patient with us during our phone call & gave us a very reasonable quote (their quote was 1/3 the price that Garage Door Medics quoted us). They were also very accommodating of our schedule & arrived early to the appointment. Garrison Fadden from All Pro assessed our garage door sprints, etc. and determined that we did not need to change them after all. He also stated that the areas of wear that Garage Door Medics pointed out during their visit were incorrect and that our garage door was not at all imbalanced or wearing improperly. He did end up charging us $30 to come out but we appreciate All Pro's honesty & do plan on using All Pro if/when our springs do breakdown on us.

We had a disagreement over the price quoted on the telephone and the price asked for by the installers. The phone price was lower.

We wanted to replace our old wood manual garage doors. We went to their showroom to look at their samples. They were able to answer all our questions and give their opinion as to the best solution. Since the door sizes were not standard, they explained our choices. Garrison came to take measurements and offerred additional choices since the doors were going to have to be cut down to fit. We ordered, the doors were built, and all hardware installed within a month. The communication between the company and us was good. The doors look and work great and we are very pleased.

All-Pro Quality Garage Doors were terrific. They quoted me over the phone, the man was here within the hour, and they charged me even less than they had quoted. The guy was incredibly efficient and cleaned up after himself. I thought I was going to need new doors but they told me they could repair the problem. He also said any time you are ready to replace the doors come and see us. So when it does come time to replace the doors, I will go to them.

This year I has several bad experiences trying to get an estimate for a garage door replacement. All Pro was great. They responded to my first call, and had someone out for an estimate immediately. The door was ordered, delivered and installed in a timely fashion.The technician completed the task in a few hours, hauled away the old door, and left the site very tidy. I found their customer service to be excellent, and the pricing was reasonable.

They did a professional Job. I did not like that the cost was higher then the estimate. I discussed with them that it was a insulated door and even measured the spring length (the reason for the extra cost). They had all the information to give an accurate estimate and should have give a more accurate estimate. They gave me good value for the work as others I have talked to paid more form other companies. The work was done professionally and technician called when he was going to be late. Very happy with the work.

One of the estimators came and looked at my garage, told me what he needed to facilitate install and gave me a price. I was satisfied with price so they came and took down my old wooden door and installed the new door with opener. Very professional and well done. Very happy with door and service!

Our garage door spring broke on a Sunday afternoon. First thing Monday morning, I called All Pro and was able to schedule a service time for Tuesday morning. Garrison arrived early (a definite plus) and was able to quickly fix our garage door spring. He also did a little maintenance on our garage door as well. I would definitely recommend All Pro. Very professional service!

All-Pro Quality Garage Doors was great from explaining the quote and providing us various options as it related to price and quality of the garage doors. They were quick to make an installation appointment and ordered the custom door on the spot. Jaime was the garage door installer who was prompt and personable. He explained what work he was going to be doing and was very efficient. He did a great job in not only installing the new door but removing the large, heavy wood door. We would and will definitely use All-Pro Quality Garage Doors in the future on our other properties.

I recently moved and returned to my previous home for general maintenance. I closed the door and one spring broke. I raised the door with difficulty to get my car out and drive home.I scheduled a spring replacement with All Pro the next week when I planned to return to the home.All Pro called me to confirm their arrival in 20 minutes, and arrived few minutes prior to schedule.They replaced the springs and lubricated the door rollers.Although the opener worked properly for many years it did not function properly when tested after the repair. All Pro adjusted the stops and cleaned the contacts which corrected the problem.The job took approximately one hour.

After finding a friend to stand on a ladder at the motor end of the screw drive garage door drive beam as a safety precaution, I removed the one bolt holding on the end of the beam that attached it to the wall support. I slide the traveler all the way toward this bolt location but it would not come off. So I tried lifting the beam higher and sideways but that did not work either. I noticed that that whoever installed the unit, ran the drive's beam too close to the large lifting door spring so it could not clear it. So, I remembered that the original installers had hung the motor end with plumber's tape extensions (real stupid) but I replaced them with heavy duty rigid A-frame struts. So, I realized the only direction left to move the beam to get the traveler off the beam was inline with the beam itself. So with my friend pulling the beam toward the motor end, I got the last 1/2" of clearance to remove and replace the traveler. Success! My garage door works like new again! Thanks to Paul for all of his repair pointers and helping out a homeowner. Next time I have a garage door opener problem, the next phone call is to Paul at All-Pro Quality Garage Doors!

I called in thinking that I needed a new garage door opener, as we had recently purchased an older home and had been having problems with the garage door remote. I tried replacing the battery, which didn't help, then I tried buying a new remote, but my husband was unable to program it correctly. We had assumed my garage door opener was extremely old from the looks of my remote, so we thought our only alternative since he couldn't program the remote was to replace the garage opener. Turns out my garage door opener is not nearly as old as I thought and the gentleman who answered the phone at this company told me while I was on the phone exactly what I needed to do to properly program my new remote. He could have made out like I needed a new garage opener, but he didn't, and saved me HUNDREDS of dollars. Thank you!!!

We have a premium wood garage door that was installed by Access Garage Doors years ago. Naturally, when it stopped opening we called Access to fix it.They wanted to charge us $100 just to come to our house and look at the problem. The fixes, they explained would run into the thousands of dollars. We just didn't believe it.so we called All-Pro.Dave from All-Pro diagnosed the problem in a matter of minutes. Besides a standard service tune-up on the springs and hinges, we needed a small piece of plastic that would cost less than $3. 30 minutes later our door was working like new. And the total cost (with an Angie's List coupon) was only $80. Their work was OUTSTANDING, fast, and economical. HIGHLY recommended.

Paul sent Dave to install the opener for me. Dave called me 45 minutes before he arrived to give me time to get home. Dave removed the old opener and installed the new opener very professionally. The new opener was very quiet. I was very pleased with the work Dave had done. After we had used the new opener for a couple of weeks, my wife noticed that there was always a loud noise when the garage door was initially lifted by the opener. Then the opener opened and closed the garage door smoothly and quietly. I called Paul who sent Dave to take a look at the issue in the same day. Dave arrived even before I got home. He checked the door and told me that the noise had nothing to do with the new opener. Dave adjusted the metal piece holding the door to reduce the noise. The service was free of charge. I have worked with several garage door companies in the past. This was by far the best garage door company. Paul was a very nice guy. Dave was the best technician whom I have ever worked with. He was professional, polite, and very helpful. I recommend All-Pro Quality Garage Door highly.
