Description of Work: Our garage door opener broke after 13 years and it was time to replace with a new one. The service guy showed up on time removed the old garage door opener replaced with a new one that works GREAT. Did all the adjustments and gave us tips on how to care for our new opener. We would definitley call All Pro again.

+ -1 moreThe technician was punctual and professional. He replaced my single tension spring with two new springs and explained it would allow me to still open the door if one spring was to break. He also inspected the whole garage door system and did some minor adjustments and removed an incorrect bolt left from the previous installer. Very quick short notice same day service. Price quoted on the phone was exact price I paid when work was complete. Great experience overall.
Description of Work: All-pro replaced a broken spring on my four panel metal garage door.

I couldn't be home when the installer was due to arrive, so I made arrangements to leave my garage door open for him. When I returned home, the installer was just finishing up with the job. Everything looked good.
Description of Work: Installed new garage-door opener -- just the opener mechanism, overhead light, 2 remotes and wall button. (The garage door itself was in good condition and did not require replacing.)

Description of Work: Door jammed and header broke off due to faulty placement of supporting bracket. Jamie reinstalled the header correctly and replaced the damaged trolley piece then re-balanced the door and opener.

+ -1 moreWe initially went to the company's showroom on Clairemont Mesa Blvd. to select the style of door we wanted. They were very helpful and explained each style of door and had several full size samples in the showroom. The estimator showed up on time and gave us an estimate that I found reasonable since I had already done quite a bit of research on the Internet. The day of the installation, the worker (I believe his name was Mike) showed up on time, and did great work. After he was done, he took the time to explain everything to us. Even though it was a hot day and he had spent the whole day working, when he was done he took the time to explain how everything worked, how to maintain it and answered all of our questions. He did not act like he was in a big hurry even though I know he must have been tired and wanted to leave. His biggest concern seemed to be that we were satisfied. I would use this company again. They did a professional job and had great customer service.
Description of Work: They removed and disposed of the old wooden door and replaced it with an automatic roll up door. They also replaced some of the wood around the garage door opening that had rotted away.
