The ice maker took two visits as the technician had to oder the part needed, They called promptly when the part arrived and scheduled a service time promptly. The tech, Yuriy, was prompt, friendly, efficient, and the repair completed quickly. We are very pleased with this company and will recommend them to others

I heard great things, so I'm disappointed I can't get my washing machine fixed.

Service was timely and efficient. Repairman explained how the drainage was caused by pump not working properly. Needed a new pump. It was installed quickly. Area that individual worked in was cleaned up afterward which rarely happens with most repairmen.

Eure (I'm not sure if I spelled his name correctly) arrived on time. He immediately started work. asking questions, listening. Finally the grinding noise made its presence. He lifted the agitator and found coins! Coins caused the loud grinding noise. He gave me the coins, put the agitator back on and started the washer again to be certain the noise was actually gone. Eure got to the problem quickly and I have my quiet washer back!!!

Yurik diagnosed the problem of a non-spinning washer and quickly corrected the issue. He also forecasted an issue that may arise because of my current problem. That problem has since occurred and I will be using A+ again to fix it. Much appreciated!

After trying to contact GE appliance repairs (800 hotline...an absolutely dreadful experience) and another repairman on Angies List (that never returned call), I called A+), I was startled when they called back within 2 hours. I scheduled for a Saturday and they were prompt, courtesous and diagnosed the problem immediately. It was a defrost problem, not a computer problem and was fixed in about an hour. They also cleaned the coils without charge. Would happily use them again.

After being used to workmen showing up later than expected (8 to 11 am), this guy showed up 15 minutes early! The technician came out and inspected it. After inspection, he said he would have to order parts. I was a little surprised because when I called for the service, I had described exactly what I thought the problem was (based on numerous Youtube videos.) I guess they want to make certain before they order a part. At any rate, I was not charged extra for the call, just a little extra time involved.] The work was done and I was given an Angie's List discount. Door works great. Happy with results.

I called in the morning for an appointment and he was here the same afternoon. He knew what he was doing and was efficient.

I wrote a less then favorable review for A +Appliances . I was really disappointed that they did not fix the problem I was having with my refrigerators ice bin. When I expressed my disappointment, they sent another technician (Yuriy) at no additional cost. He was able to get the ice bin unstuck and removed. He cleared a blockage that I was unaware of, cleaned the ice bin and reinstalled it correctly. Now it is working probably better than it was before. I am now completely happy customer, and would refer the company to anyone.

My husband and I were very impressed with A+ Appliances. Yuriy K. arrived promptly at the earliest part of the 2-hour time window given us. And this was 2 days after we called for service. We could have chosen next-day service, but it did not work with our schedule. He was polite, professional and friendly. He knew what the problem was immediately and gave us his price quote. We agreed to it and he went right to work. He even had the necessary part in his van so there was no waiting. He cleaned up after himself and asked if we had any other appliances we'd like him to look at while here. We declined and that was that; no pressure. We would definitely use this company again and recommend them to friends. Very pleased with overall experience.

Quick response and repair. Had the part in possession

The technician was supposed to arrive between 10-12 but closer to 12 but he arrived at 9:30. He was very abrupt and told me that our dryer did not work well because the vent needed to be cleaned. He then quickly said that he did not do that so my husband got under the house and we cleaned the vent but the dryer still does not dry very well. I was told by another repair man in another state (I found him on Angie's list)that very often the drum has to be cleaned. This technician did not mention this. He also looked at my washer that leaks on the bottom and said that it needed a complete door seal even though there is no water coming from the door and he said that he put a sealant around the door but would not guarantee the work and to call back to have him replace the entire seal. Then he held out his hand for the $75 and left. He was at the house for 30 minutes and neither the washer or dryer works any better than before. Now I have to find another company and probably pay the initial fee yet again. Would not use thus company again.

THE TECHNICIAN CAME ON JULY 28. HE WAS RIGHT ON TIME, THE FRIDGE DIDN'T COOL. HE REPLACED THE THERMASTAT. THE CHARGE WAS 175 BUT THERE WAS A $20 DISCOUNT FOR BEING ON ANGIE'S LIST. HE CLEANED UP EVERYTHING AND IN A WHILE IT BEGAN TO WORK. BUT BY SAT AUG 2ND IT QUIT WORKING. THE TECH CAME OUT AGAIN MONDAY AUG 4TH. WORKED HARD FOR OVER AN HR. HAD TO REPLACE A CIRCUIT BOARD IN THE FRIDGE COMPARTMENT. IN 24 HRS IT WORKED GREAT. I DID NOT GET CHARGED FOR THE 2ND VISIT BECAUSE THEY GUARANTY THEIR WORK BOTH TIMES URI WAS VERY RESPECTFUL AND PROFESSIONAL. I WOULD CERTAINLY CALL A+ AGAIN AND RECOMEND THEM THE LADY IN THE OFFICE - SIERRA WAS ALSO VERY HELPFUL AND EFFICIENT.

Alex was very professional and knowledgable about fixing the refrigerator. He called ahead of his arrival and arrived on time. He cleaned up after himself. I am definitely calling them back when needed.

the repairman was extremely polite and professional, he offered me options along the way with different costs and what I could do myself or he could do. Very positive experience.

Set up an onsite call for the next day. A+ said they would call prior to arriving and they did and they arrived early in their two hour time window. I did request an 8:00 to 10:00 window so we were first on his calls. The technician, Uri, was knowledgeable. Because this was a built in, he had to partly dismantle one side of the microwave to get at the fuse and was able to do so without taking thing the microwave down. I?m pretty handy, but this was not a task that I would have been able to do. He checked the fuse which was bad and replaced it. He then checked the unit prior to reassembling it. He cleaned up afterwards, everything done professionally. Before he left, he took a look at a couple of our other appliances and gave us some tips for their maintenance. He was done within an hour. We were happy with the service and quality of the work.

They were open right before Christmas. Scheduled same-day appointment, and he called to confirm, stating he could arrive earlier. Inspected my old washing machine that someone else had worked on without success, and found a hole in the tub, gave advice it would not be worth fixing. Stated I had another one sitting in shed. He suggested we run an electrical cord to shed to make sure it was working, confirmed it was working, and he moved the machine to the garage (a major feat!) with my small hand cart. Set it up with attention to detail, made suggestions about drainage to the sink. He really went the extra mile, honored discounts on website, and machine has been working fine for the past few months.

When they left everything was working see the above explanation for the details. I hope the second time is the charm. We have spent now over $720.00 on this refrigerator in six months. I do not understand why something had to be repaired twice. But we had no choice but to repair it.

I had just went shopping at Costco and came home to a frig that was no longer staying cold. I found their add on Google and decided to give them a call. The dispatcher that helped me was very nice...I was frantic (thinking about all the money i just wasted shopping)...i think she could tell because she was able to schedule an emergency appointment to fit me into their schedule and a technician arrived within the hour! Once the repair man arrived he was able to diagnose the issue and fix it all in the same day. It ended up costing way less then a new frig, or even the money I would have wasted if the groceries would have gave gone bad!!! I am very pleased with there customer service, would highly recommend! Also the technician was very professional and clean.
