The technician was very through and checked everything else. Had to order the part. He was difficult to understand and there was a misunderstanding on when he would return with the part. Ultimately it was resolved satisfactorily. He did go beyond the immediate repair and checked out the whole dishwasher. We appreciated his work.

Tech tried every cycle, with and without water, checked bands, spent about 1/2 hour. Couldn't find anything wrong. Then checked Dryer in case it was the culprit. Nothing was found wrong. I gladly paid the $39.95 and got his card should we need him again. ***My husband surmised it was probably an unbalanced load, as this is a large capacity washer and I had 3 large bath sheets, 5 hand towels along with regular 10 day load, and the bans continually skipped causing the smell. It wouldn't restart as a safety measure. There was no buzzing alarm on this model. ****If this happens to you...wait at least 3 hours before trying to restart your washer. .

Replaced the igniter and I used a coupon from Angie's list. Works great

Easy to make online appointment and I was called promptly next business day to confirm time and get more details about the repair needed. The person was very nice and when I mentioned I would prefer they come early in the 2 hour time frame, it was not a problem. Yuriy arrived on time and was very nice and professional. He quickly figured out the wrong ice maker had been installed and was able to get the correct one and install it super quick. The ice maker is working great and I would definitely hire again.

They were fully booked for the day even though the internet scheduler showed all times. There is a disclaimer that the appointment is not confirmed until they call. They called first thing in the morning and said they would do what they could and they were successful in fitting us into the early part of the day. We had two washing machines and they waived the trip fee on the one that was not serviced. When I called, they immediately corrected the technician's error of not applying the internet discount. I did have to leave message but they called back in about 10 minutes.

Jason showed up on time and fixed our machine quickly. Very happy customers!

I would highly recommend this company. The technician who came to our home was great. He did a fantastic job of fixing the problem, which in our case took a bit of creativity. They came out the same day that I called and in the end, the cost of the repair was much less than I was expecting so I'm a huge fan and from this point on they will be who I call for repairs.

They explained clearly over the 0hone how the pricing structure works. The technician was able to work with my tenant directly and fixed it.

After a thorough inspection and temperature measurement, we were good to go.

Jason defrosted and replaced thermostat. Still didn't work. Needed to replace fan also. He came back later in the day and replaced the fan and it still didn't work. Told me about other repairs that would be needed, told me it wasn't worth it and to buy a new fridge since there were great deals now with the holidays (so I did)! He only ended up charging me for the service call because he wasn't able to fix it with the work he did complete. I would contact them again for any major appliance repair work.

It sounded like a fan bearing going bad, but Yuriy correctly diagnosed the cause as a bad defrost sensor, which allowed ice to build up until the fan started hitting the mass of ice. He melted the ice and replaced the sensor, and everything is fine now. Very polite, prompt and efficient technician.

Vadim came within the appointment time window. He was courteous and professional. He assessed the situation and discovered a faulty security switch on the instrument panel. He replaced it and tested the machine to make sure all functions were in good order. Price was reasonable and there was a $15 discount because I went through Angie's List.

I got an appointment the same day I called. The technician was on time, polite and very knowledgeable. I was able to get my refrigerator repaired right away for less than I had expected. I will use this company again.

Submitted request for repair, through their website, chose a convenient time the following day (Monday). Even though it was Sunday, they still called within a couple of hours to touch base and confirm the appointment for the following day. Washer required a new circuit board, which they had to order and returned two days later, as soon as received, and installed.

Excellent! Our washing machine was not draining properly and they came out and knew exactly what to do. Repair solved the problem and at a reasonable price. Even a bigger issue was our refrigerator that was not cooling. They came out and assessed the problem, giving us three options of what the fix might require and the costs associated with each. We went with the middle option, and it was also a risk since it wasn't certain it would fix the problem. However, we did not want to put a lot of money into a 10-year old refrigerator and decided that if it didn't work we would need to buy a new one. Yuriy came out and did the repair (replaced temperature sensors) and it seemed to work at first, but later that evening stopped working again. We called the next day, on a Saturday, and he came back out to try something else that might work. He picked up an additional part that he thought might be the fix, came back out, did the additional work, stayed for about two hours on a Saturday to make sure it worked, and it did! On top of that, no additional charge from what we already paid. A+ Appliance Repair saved us about $2,000 by fixing our refrigerator! We can't thank them enough. This repair was done at the Marino house in Del Cerro.

Called at 10:30 am -- was here 90 minutes later -- explained two major components that might have failed before examining it based on age of unit and knowledge of it (13 year old Kenmore/Whirlpool) -- relay or condenser -- then felt heat in relay kit, so believed that's what failed, went over pricing, replaced it and condenser came back fine, also cleaned coils for us and instructed us on how to keep air flow open (from pet hair accumulation) to prevent it from happening again. Yuri was great, gave us many other preventative tips, had all the needed parts, and applied the $20 Angie's list discount. The refrigerator was up and running in 30 minutes! They lived up to their A+ name.

Great! They came out the next day after I called them, which ended up being a Saturday. The technician diagnosed the problem without difficulty. He had to order the part on Monday. By Wednesday he returned and finished the repair. Was very professional. Came when he said he would come.Very easy to make an appointment. Would use them again!

He explained that I didn't need new parts. He cleaned out the filter. Ran the machine using a dishwasher cleaner.

Provider arrived 30 minutes ahead of scheduled time. He explained what he thought the problem was and how he would access the defective part. Yuriy even had a spare LG drain pump on hand, so there was no ordering and waiting for the part to come in. After the pump was installed, he ran the washer through a cycle to make sure everything was operating as designed. He instructed me on the importance of regular tub cleaning and gave me a sample cleaning disc to try out. He was very friendly, knowledgeable, and professional. We will definitely use his service again! Thank you, Yuriy, for a job well done!

Yuri arrived within the time frame. He was courteous and professional. Found out the problem rather quickly and was able to do the repair because he had the parts in the truck. He cleaned up the area behind the refrigerator and the front after replacing it in its spot. He was very clear and precise about what he did and what the charges were. I was very satisfied and glad to have the water dispensor working again.

We had a water leak from our refrigerator and couldn't determine where it was coming from. We had used Appliance Repair Services a few years back to fix our microwave and based on the previous good results decided to call them again. Jason, the tech, spotted the problem. The refrigerator had a cracked drip pan. Since we also needed to replace the broken crisper tray track, we asked that the replacement be included in the quote. The parts were not available locally, which wasn't a problem for us since we had already cleaned out the refrigerator and had anything we wanted to keep was in coolers. Jason left that Wednesday and called back on Friday asking for a time to come and install the parts that Friday. We took the noon time slot and it was done that day. They were very upfront about costs and timing. What they quoted was what they charged. They were responsive to our needs, getting the parts quickly. They knew what they were doing and were able to complete the actual repairs quickly and on site. We will continue to use Appliance Repair Services in the future.
