ZEROREZ OF THE NORTH BAY

The Guys arrived early and did a pretty good job. They told me I had a stain in one of the rooms that looked like rust, and they could not get it out. My Wife took a little Resolve Laundry Cleaner and the stain came right out. We were a little disappointed with the work, and the water disposal charge. When we estimated it on line at the ZeroRez website the price came out almost a $100 cheaper.

I have used them twice and they are very very good with what they do. Their price is a little higher than another company but because they leave the carpets so much dryer and the carpets are not crisp when they are done, they are soft, I went back to them for the second time. They charge $130 for three rooms and then because they have to dispose whatever the fluid is that they use, they charge another $35. Their price was a little high but I was willing to pay it because I knew how good it was. I have no complaints about them. I would go right back with them in the future.

We heard debris going though the ducts. One of our back bathrooms was missed. We ordered a filter, and it never arrived until just recently. I left three messages, and had never gotten through. They were an hour late, and they forgot there machine. They were going to come back on a Thursday, and they never showed up. There follow through has been horrendous. We will not use them to clean our carpets.
