+ -1 moreHe promised us all these great things and we thought he was doing a great job. He seemed knowledgable and was responsive to all of our questions. He disappeared in the middle of the job. He came back two weeks later and we gave him a second chance. He ended up disappearing again after we had paid him in full for the work. He left his tools on the roof, ladder up against the house and a trailer in my driveway. He did not vent the roof like promised and left openings in the roof. I am worried because he put a coating on the roof that had a 15 year warranty. He sent out someone else to pick up his tools. I am so disappointed in the service. I have had to hire another roofer to finish his work who I also had to pay in full.
Description of Work: He was supposed to take the tiles off our tile roof, clean out the roof and put on new insulation. He put on a plywood roof and put the tiles back onto the roof. He was also supposed to put a coating on the roof so it would last a long time.
