Did a good job on the fan ceiling, but they left a hole in the wall on my bedroom lighting without letting me know before they left. I asked them about this and they said there would be an additional charge, also they raised the original quote once they started the project.. Some things I did not like...

Very poor customer relation skills- had an attitude about something unknown. Second person arrived to help him- no one introduced themselves, found out later it was his father who was much more pleasant and communicated better. It was awkward to say the least. Stephan did a great job, but he acted exasperated and frustrated from the beginning which is why I wouldn't recommend him to friends or family.

Steven and his crew were very punctual, professional, informative and flexible. Their work was outstanding. My job was a complete rewire, and they cleaned up each day and ensured that the power was restored. Steven made sure that I upgraded the important areas in the kitchen and where needed. The job was completed on schedule.

Steve and his co-worker Bob did a great job installing the Gable Fan in my garage. After cutting out the area for the fan, Bob painted around the area he had cut from trim paint I had kept for my townhome. Steve added a on/off switch for the fan as an added feature that I didn't think of when we first went over the plans for the install. Steve and Bob swept and cleaned up after the job was complete. I would definitely use Warner Electric again in the future.

They did a great job. Clean, on time and very professional. The one thing in question was the quote. He estimated 3 hours for 2 people and it only took a little over one hour. Being in the construction business myself I understand the "bid" process so I will give him the benefit of the doubt. I would call him again for sure.

Our Panasonic ceiling mounted bathroom heater failed. Stephen Warner Jr. was very creative in replacing the defective heater with a new and improved Panasonic heater. He also replaced a defective outside security light, on the East side of our house, with a new LED motion security light. All this was done at a very reasonable labor cost. Stephen is very professional and has a great personality. I will use him again on future projects.
