I was really happy. I like that they cleaned my windows and I did not have to do it. They were right on time.

This home is not your typical easy to reach window residence as it backs up into a hill and has multiple stories and levels. Didn't seems to faze The Window Guys team of Devon and Corby. First of all, they arrived on time, a rarity it seems these days. They put me immediately at ease with their politeness and professionalism, assuring me that this job would be no problem for them at all. The team worked with confidence, one working outside, one in, screens removed, filthy tracks cleaned and before I knew it, all the windows on all the levels were cleaner and more beautiful than honestly, they have ever been! I am absolutely astounded at the difference, and will have them back in a heartbeat. With their fair pricing, their can do attitude and impeccable results, I am thrilled. Thank you thank you Window Guys for a perfect job.

It went fine. They were very responsive. They called the same day I purchased the Angies List deal to schedule an appointment. They showed up on time and went right to work. They were thorough and competent. The only comment I have is we had to pay additional money for the work performed but that was really my fault as I did not read the fine print which said the price would clean 20 window PANES instead of 20 windows. So we did not get the advertised deal but the end price was competitive with other companies we have used.

Thoroughly cleaned every part of the windows and screens. Kept me informed. Careful and conscientious workers. Good deal.

Company came out and quoted me 4 times the amount of the big deal. Getting a refund through Angie's List.

This was the second time we've used this company in three years. They arrived on-time and hustled throughout their stay (about 1 1/2 hours). They took pains to wear disposable booties over their shoes and changed them whenever they went in/out, so our floors were protected. Their work was excellent on both occasions, but this year we remembered to catch my son before he walked into the slider after they left. Maybe the service is a bit expensive, but its worth it what with all the exterior ladder work. If you have a choice, ask for Ryan.
