 + -1 moreI needed to have a forced air furnace fixed. The business is listed on the Nest Thermostat website as being one of the certified technicians in my area, but when I called, the technician was extremely rude, saying to me, "FYI, it's 8:30 on Saturday morning. Good luck!" and abruptly hung up on me.
Description of Work: Hung up the phone on me and was extremely rude.
