TAF Maintenance & Painting Co is a full service painting company that specializes in high quality residential & commercial interior & exterior painting. BBB accredited business. Owner on job site. 5% discount for Angie's List members. We serve Santa Rosa, Healdsburg & all of Sonoma County. Also Napa County, Marin County & San Francisco. Our approach to painting process we will meet with you free of charge to go over the work you want done to your house, business or income property. At this point we answer any questions and/or address any concerns you may have about the project. An estimate will be drafted promptly after the meeting and delivered based on your preference of email, mail or in person. Scheduling we start when you want us to; provided we are not obligated to another job. We also want to accommodate any time lines and/or deadlines you may have for the project. Once you have approved and signed the proposal, your project is put into our schedule and a start date is agreed upon. Start of work. We will be there on time! This cannot be emphasized enough, punctuality and professionalism is king in this company. No flakes here, not now or ever. At this point we will go over any plans and address any changes that can come up. Doing the work. All work is done in proper sequence and in accordance with the material manufacturers specifications. If a change order if called for, we will discuss that with you and provide a solution. We want to keep you updated and open communication is key to this. If you want to be updated daily, we will. Completing the work. We will let you know a day or so before we expect to complete the work. This gives you an opportunity to inspect the work to ensure that nothing was missed. On the completion day, we will clean the jobsite and leave it to your liking. This means vacuum, sweep, mop, and dispose or what is applicable. You will not be invoiced until the job is complete and you are satisfied with the work. If there is a concern, please address it with us as we want to always be improving. We are here to put color in your life!!

We are also going to have them paint my father-in-laws house. We are also going to have them paint some other things on the house so I will be working with them again in the very near future.

Description of Work: It is difficult to get an appointment with them. I did speak to the owner and he recommended I schedule with his secretary. When I called her, I had to wait for her to call me back. This was not what I was expecting. Scheduling with them and waiting for their call back is frustrating. They are not very friendly either.

Timothy, the owner, was very nice. He gave us an estimate but we have not made a decision on that yet. It was a good experience. He was very personable. He spent some time with us and I liked it. He was definitely on time and he came back right away for the quote. We are considering using them.

The work went very well, and I was very happy with them. I actually had ankle surgery on the 8th, and I was home the whole time they were working, and they were very good. They just finished the work yesterday, and I got an invoice from them too. I would use them again in the future if necessary.

They are fabulous and are fair. They are very reasonable, very honest and their attention to detail is very nice. There are two reasons that I like the most in them and the first is that their price is really competitive and second is that their attention to detail is just excellent. They are also very prompt and the price is really fair.

They have excellent attention to detail, and the quality of work is superb! They were laid back, and it was obvious they enjoyed their work. Tim was always very professional and great about communicating if he would be late for an appointment, or the schedule needed to be changed due to weather, etc. I will definitely be utilizing TAF again in the future.

Absolutely perfect.
Description of Work: Tim and his crew gave an estimate and came in right on the money. They were professional in behavior, punctuality and responsiveness. This was somewhat expensive, but they did the best job I've ever seen. You get what you pay for, eh? I am so happy with them, they're going to do the exterior of my home next.

I think he is absolutely wonderful. He used the paint that I requested. He is prompt, fast, and neat. He was nice to deal with and the crew was nice as well.
