I hired Steve 2 years ago with a rental in SR. He did a fantastic job. I recently hired him again to get a house ready for sale. Again, Steve was outstanding. Hired to power wash and repair patio. He raised price several times, and did a terrible job power washing, and left hose out and gate open. He said he would return the next week to finish work and never came back.

i had several small jobs needed to be done in a new home, install a ceiling fan, mount a TV in recessed area, exchange lights in two rooms. One job took longer then anticipated so couldn't get it all done. Needed some one else to help with the TV but Steve quickly had another person available to come help. Very professional, on time.

Steve replaced 2 outside doors that were falling apart. He couldn't find standard ones already made so took the time to look for used ones in good shape but couldn't find any. He made them himself; I appreciated his work and his honesty. I like that he put down a tarp while he worked so there was almost no mess after he was done and he cleaned up the debris that was left. Steve is friendly and likes the work he does. He takes pride in doing a good job. I will be happy to use him again.

Steve was pleasant and thorough. Did drywall repairs in several places. The work looks good.

Steve did great work, here early, no problem leaving him on his own while I was a work. Very innovative with suggestions - had to get very creative to wall mount a tv on a short corner wall. Will use him again for sure. Very competitively priced. Licensed electrician as well as other experience. SHOWED UP WHEN HE SAID!!!

Steve is very personable and attentive. He suggested ways I could save money and went above and beyond the demands of the job. I plan to hire him again to do work on some other projects.

There were no surprises

Steve is a great guy, dependable, on time, did his best. Steve installed a new electrical outlet in the kitchen as well as a new garbage disposal they work great. He raised my stove up to counter height. Looks good. However he installed a dishwasher for me, it pours water all over my kitchen counters, he worked for five hours attempting to install a laminate flooring, He attempted to install new sprinkler controls, left them hanging from the electrical wires. This cost me a lot of money. Way, way over what the cost should have been for the small amount of work that he was able to finish

When Steve came to give an appraisal, he explained how to fix the leak myself so I could keep the cost of the repair down. When he came to do the work under the sink, he again explained everything he was going to do, did a great job and kept the project on budget even though there was an unexpected part needing to be replaced. Great service!

Steve is terrific to work with. His customer service is excellent. I plan for him to by the first call I make for any future work I might have come up. Since I am invoved with property management It is really important to have this kind of service which has been very fast and great followup!

punctual and helpfull

Steve Weaver made some wooden shutters and planter boxes for the front two windows facing the street. He did an excellent job, showed up when he said he would and charged a fair price. I would use him again for other projects.

I couldn't believe my luck Steve apprenticed under old world system and knew what had to be done, did it correctly and timely, a Pro in every sense of the word. best you could ask for, said he had done bath remodels in Apts in NY City he was a wonder . give him the job!
