It was done professionally, from the time I called to talk to someone about it on the telephone to the time the two men who did the job walked out the door. It looks great and we are very happy with the work they did.

We purchased a home and had carpets cleaned. We discovered cat urine odor while carpets were still damp. Stanley Steamer came back out and tried to neutralize the odor. They were very nice and explained how difficult it would be to get rid of. There was no charge for the return trip. We will alleys use the black light trick before buying another home. Very satisfied with Stanley Steamers efforts.

Absolutely wonderful! Moved furniture, courteous, and the room looks great.

When I made the appointment, it was through their national (regional??) call center--they were very friendly & helpful. On the day of the service, I called to verify the arrival window and reached someone in the local franchise office--she was delightful: funny, engaging, courteous, informed. She had complete information on the team scheduled for the cleaning, and called to update me on their status. They arrived within the window establish at the time she stated they would. The 2-person team they sent was very knowledgeable and experience--the lead on the team was very informative and clearly took the job very seriously. He inspected the area to be cleaned, was very detailed in what he noticed, and explained what he thought needed attention, how he would approach the job, and how long he thought it would take. The results were great!

Overall I was pleased with the work done by Stanley Steemer. A few things prevent me from giving them an "A". The first crew that came was Guillermo and Joey. I had been told that they would call when they were on their way but they did not. Joey was helpful, friendly, and polite. Guillermo was not very friendly at all. As they were packing up their equipement, I pointed out to Guillermo that they had missed a fairly large area because they did not move the sofa off the carpet. They had put it in the middle of the room and when they moved it back, the area that was beneath it was still dirty. Instead of bringing the hose back in, Guillermo sprayed the area from a squirt bottle which accomplished nothing. I guess he was anxious to get to lunch. So, I called SS again and two days later they sent out a different crew ( Ken and Anthony). They called when they were on the way, were very professional, and got the "missed" area cleaned very quickly. The carpet cleaning was very successful. It's an older carpet that showed traffuc lanes and pet stains. When the job was completed, it looked as good as new. I would definitely call them again but the first visit did leave me dissatisfied.

Overall it was fine. I didn't like that the guys put their bucket of cleaning tools on my new couch! I was disappointed that they didn't move any furniture or silk plants that I suggested they do...and I was just suggesting little things like a small table etc. Had I not moved most of the things, nothing would have been moved! The guys themselves were courteous and friendly. The cleaning job was fine (except for not moving small pieces that they then didn't go under). A 15% off coupon was a great help!!!

They were right on time and the gentlemen who represented the company were very informative and professional. Its hard to trust people coming into your home but I had no question of their integrity. I had a dog urine stain and even though they had to come back a second time they did so without charge and cheerfully went over the spot in question again. They then gave me some ideas on how to take care of the spot if it happens again. Love this company and I am very hard to please!

They did an excellent job. I've used them before. They move the furniture and then they leave protection on it so the furniture doesn't bleed into the carpet while it is wet. I also like that I can pretty much schedule the appointment when I want it. I could have gotten a cheaper price.

They seemed very efficient. They came for a few hours and did a little extra work to make sure that the coirs were cleaned. The people were very personable. They seemed to be reasonable. I didn’t do any other research on the price. They did a very good job. Their punctuality was okay. They seemed to be very clean. I would use them again in the future if need be.

They had a sale going on at that time. I thought they were prompt and professional. They did a good job. I would not use them again because I don't care much about the steam cleaning, so I think I would go with chemical cleaning.

We've used them at least three times. Overall, the experience goes well. The cleaners lift my furniture up to clean the entire carpets and they also place protectors on the furniture legs so those don't bleed onto the carpet. I'm satisfied with their services.

The work went well. However, they couldn't clean the edges of the carpet, so the edges were a bit dirtier.

We bought a house that had previously been a rental with dogs. The carpet didn't look the great and I was expecting the carpet to be just "okay" after the cleaning. I was amazed at how good the carpet looked. To us, it looked like new carpet. So much so, that we will be holding off replacing it for awhile.

The carpet in the condo is about 20 years old. The entry way was always dirty because there was no room for a throw rug. There were also a few spots where the cats had not used the litter box. The carpet itself looked really good after and the spots where I told them to pay extra attention (entry and pet stains) were stain free.

Most of the time I was happy with them, but the last time I wasn't very happy. I think the guy I got was very snippy and unaccommodating. I didn't feel comfortable with him, he charged me extra and tried to sell me extra services. I wasn't even happy that I had him in my place. I always used them when they had a special. The time before last I got this incredibly nice guy who moved the furniture, which I guess they don't technically have to do. He sort of gave me a break on a part of the condo that could have been considered part of the living room or a separate room. They were fast and did a good job with the cleaning and I felt comfortable with the guy.

I spoke to the owner of the company, and she took time to explain to me the professionalism of their employees and who would be coming into my home. They arrived on time. The president of this company came herself. The quality control manager worked with the crew. He used a black light to see if there was anything on my carpet that may react to their cleaner. The two gentleman did everything I requested in the work order. They were professional and stayed until the job was complete. All three crew members answered all my questions.
