Ed Schwab is very good and has done me a lot of good work. The seal plates had rotted on the concrete foundation. They jacked things up and replaced it. They replaced tongue and groove siding with lifetime because it is a historic house. They did a very good job. They have also done hanging doors for me, exterior cabinet for a water heater when I was doing a remodel. They can do almost anything in construction and remodeling. Easy to work with and very honest. Bids are well in the ballpark sort of in the middle of things as far as prices. Really good quality work.Willing to work with you and hear what you want and give you options that you can do it that way or this way and the cost and durability. It turned out very well. I would like to give them a B+ for punctuality.

They did a better job than what the other people did but they were really expensive and their work was not completed right. One window was replaced and we could not close it and lock it. They told us, "Well, it is the window, the way it was built." So, I talked to the window company and the company sent out a representative and they said, "No, it is not the way that it was built. The way that it was installed was crooked." They did not come back and fix the problem. My wife and I had to take the window out and take all of the stuff out and put it in a plastic. Their price was terrible.
