+ -1 moreThey asked me for $499.00 up front and said they would adjust the amount after the work was finished and refund me if needed. The man came to my house with a faucet that was in an open box and installed in in 25 minutes. When he left, he took the box from the faucet so I had no information for the warranty. Once he was gone, I ran my dishwasher for the first time since I started having the problem. When I opened it, I realized that he had forgotten to turn the water to the dishwasher back on. The faucet he put on seemed to be one that had been on clearance from Home Depot for about 40.00. They overcharged me for the labor and lied to me about the product.
Description of Work: I needed to have a faucet replaced. I requested a brand new faucet with a sprayer to be put on.
