Description of Work: I am sorry, but I cannot rate the above mentioned Plumbing company, as I have not used their services. For the project I had, I did used a local plumber from right here in Sonoma.

We called late on Wednesday, after finding out from PG&E what the problem was, and the company was able to come the next afternoon. They were courteous and efficient.
Description of Work: Josh replaced the damaged pilot assembly on our GE water heater.

My records show we where there 11/25/13. It seems odd that 6 months later a bad review would be posted when work was not performed. Customers are often given an option for less expensive repair that cannot be guaranteed. I am sorry you could not have your cake and eat it too.

Description of Work: I had an underground water leak. The owner came out and helped narrow down where the leak was. He gave me a quote for the work. He told me if we did the digging for the new pipe I would save a bundle. So we got some friends And started digging. When we were down he came back and installed new water service from the meter to the house. Great job, Kind man and no more leak. He also installed two water shut off valves for us. Our very old house did not have any which made narrowing down where the leak was difficult. I highly recommend this company. Family owned and operated and very responsive and kind.

I received an estimate for a Rennai tankless water heater from a representative. A few days later the company increased the estimate. I considered this unprofessional and decided to end the contract.

I don't have any recollection of this event. Seems likely that some additional expense of the job came to light (more time, more material cost). In any case no work was done. No harm, yet a cry of foul. We are always willing to address complaints and make corrections if necessary. Customer satisfaction is a top priority.
