Enjoyed working with Mark. He explained the complete process, communicated effectively and showed up on time and finished the project when he committed. Wouldn't hesitate to hire him again!

It was a pleasure working with this company. Everyone was polite and attentive to my inquires and made sure that I was satisfied with the answers given. Even e-mails were responded to on the weekend in short order. The contract was clean and easy to understand with no "contractor double-speak." There were no hidden surprises at the end. Juan and Martin showed up everyday until the two week TREXX porch decking project was completed. They were skilled in their work, didn't take short cuts and made things better than they had been. Mark Picano actually answers the phone himself so there was no delay in communication. Picano Builders is my Contractor of choice going forward.

Mark was a delight to work with; listened to what I wanted and always made sure that I knew what was going on. We have a Trex deck and redwood railings and he was right about the colors working together. We already have other projects ready for him to do. I can refer him highly.

He is very clean the first project he did for me was over 12 years ago and he definitely builds to last he is very nice to deal with an extremely honest.

Mark built me a great wine cellar! Something new to add to his resume but he and his crew did a great job. Immediate call backs on questions, I had an unusal job.Did cement work as well as deck and house work. Needed certain repairs to a deck. Gentleman came out on time knew what he was doing. listened to details, finished promptly. I would recommend highly with out any reservations.

Mark quickly responded to my original request and accommodated last minute adjustments mid-project. His crew was very courteous and meticulous about the quality of their work, despite torrential downpours throughout the project.

Mark is really easy to work with. His workers did a fabulous job and they are very knowledgeable. The Picano Builders did a remarkable job in the replacement of our 1970's deck off of our two story house. The men arrived on time each morning and completed each stage of the demolition and building as planned. The finished deck looks elegant and has added value to our home.
