+ -1 moreLowell has cleaned my 30 year old carpet before and always does an outstanding job. Oxi Fresh dries in approximately 3 hours while a lot of the companies drying time is quite a bit longer.

+ 0 moreI've used all the carpet people in Sonoma county. Oxy Fresh is by far the best. Others have left a residue and the carpets get much dirtier quickly. Others leave messes or the rugs soaking. I have Oxy Fresh in every 6 months and my carpets are almost 30 years old and I have no stains. They also do marble and granite beautifully.
Description of Work: Carpets, tile, and marble need to be cleaned and sealed. Upholstery.

I get a call from Zackary saying hey i'm done with my job over here would you mind if i could early i told him yes he told me he'll be there in 15 mins he was on time he preformed excellent service explained that some of my stains need the oxi booster he didn't push for it he was straight forward saying these might NOT come outwith the oxi booster he didn't push to sell it to me. I asked him how much he told me the price i said go for it now my carpets are WAY better than they was i hope Zackary owner//manager takes good care of him hes a top notch employee i would hire him again hands down

+ -1 moreIt was a disaster. The owner fixed it. The employees didn't do their work. We're moving so nobody was there. The maid told us he didn't do anything. Apparently, he took off with the van. The owner went back and he did it himself. He fixed the problem. The price was average. It was comparable to everyone else.

Description of Work: Oxi Fresh purported to clean my carpets in a house we were preparing to sell. I did a lot of cleaning on my own, then I hired Oxi Fresh to clean the carpets prior to us selling it. The quality of work was substandard - carpets looked like nothing had been done to them in the hallways. The worker that showed up brought his pit bull in the vehicle he drove and kept the poor dog in the car all day on a fairly warm day (windows down, but still). All in all, an unprofessional experience. That said, the work was done several years ago. Perhaps they have improved with new management in the mean time - but the dirt was better removed by a second North Bay carpet cleaning contractor whom we hired after the failed Oxi Fresh cleaning effort.

+ -1 moreI could not be happier with the service, professionalism and quality results that Marcus, from Oxi Fresh, provided me. Marcus cleaned all the carpets in my home quickly thoroughly. He takes pride in his work. I felt very comfortable talking and working with Marcus. This is by far the best carpet cleaning job I?ve experienced, and the carpet dries so fast ? such a perk! Dealing with Marcus at Oxi Fresh is a positive, welcomed experience.I am thankful for that. Plus, the product used on the carpets is totally green which has always been, and continues to be, a priority in my life. Give Oxi Fresh a try. I know you will not regret your decision!
