+ -1 moreShe was on time and that's the only positive thing about the experience. They charged a ridiculous amount because they had to do windows. I paid. When I returned from work, they had already left with payment. The work was just ok. The big problem was that my contractor told me that he had told her not to clean the windows because he wanted the county to see them as is due to the fact that we needed it to pass the permit test. SO, I paid several hundred dollars extra for windows, which they didn't clean.
Description of Work: Cleaning up a brand new built granny unit.

+ -1 moreMirella and her team were great. Will use them again. They cleaned everything - walls, woodwork, cabinets, appliances.
Description of Work: Cleaned rental house to prepare for painting and washed inside windows. It was trashed by previous tenant, so it was filthy.

Description of Work: I was extremely happy with Mirella and her team. I had a tenant move out leaving my rental house a mess and very dirty. It needed a thorough deep clean. Mirella met me at the house and carefully went through every room while making up her estimate for the work. The next day two of her team worked for nine hours. When I returned to the house it was literally sparkling! I also had them wash the windows inside and out and they did a great job with that too. They were professional, courteous and very thorough.

+ -1 moreWe are on a bi-weekly cleaning schedule because they can get our house so much cleaner than we can! We have two dogs and lots of hair to clean up. We are always amazed at how they seem to get every hair off the hardwood floors. This is a family run business and their staff is the best; very easy to work with and accommodating. We would highly recommend them. I could not be happier with this company. Great value!
Description of Work: I requested an initial move-in deep clean for an 1700 square foot house. This consisted of work on hardwood floors, kitchen and bathrooms. I have used them for both the bi-weekly cleans and the top to bottom. They are wonderful. They are thorough and careful. They always arrive on schedule and stay on task.
